Well, or rather, it’s a spending DAY.
While at Marina Square on Friday night, I happened to walk past Cathay Photo, which happened to be open. And so, I went in, and enquire on Canon 17-55mm F2.8 lens. Price was alright, and so, bought it!
That was equally fast compared to how fast I got my EOS7D a few weeks ago. It seems that I am moving towards the direction of quality photography. LOL.
Haven’t got the chance to really test out the lens yet, but I guess that will be soon.
Reason why I got that lens? I was hunting around for a lens suitable for taking wedding-related photos. F2.8 is not a bad aperture size, and given the constant aperture throughout the zoom range, why not? Actually, I was also considering prime lens, but I don’t really like the idea of a fixed distance. Indeed, with a 18MP camera, that is not a problem as I can photoshop and crop the picture, but then, I don’t really like to unnecessarily enhance the photos that I have taken.
Taking photos can be interesting and challenging, especially at night.
Anyway, it was a crazy night. Ate at Waraku, then coffee at TCC, then K-Box, then Mustafa, then Swee Choon, then home.
Bought breakfast home. When I reached home, my parents were already awake. The time was around 6.30am. LOL.
Due to that, I nua the whole day away. All my initial plans were gone, and I was just too lazy to do any other thing, and so, I drifted in and out of sleep many times.
Yeah. I love my room. I love my bed. LOL!
