It’s interesting to be doing remote troubleshooting. I wonder why…
In order to do remote troubleshooting, you need to have a damn good memory of how certain things look like, how things are connected up, and how things work.
And then, you will start thinking, where’s the people who can settle these issues, especially when you are in the middle of a drama episode, relaxing at home while preparing to go back to camp later.
