Went for Kbox with Eddy and Jianliang in the morning. Sang like siao, but still not enough. I think I am starting to be immune to Kbox… could still talk normally after that.

Looks like in the west, there's no other place to jalan jalan. We went to IMM again… duhz… Went to have lunch at the Kopitiam at the second floor. Had a Korean fish set. Tasted ok. Could be because of the fish… ok la overall.

Bought some egg tarts home, as they were on offer. Not as good as those that I used to buy, but still edible. Hmm… If only I have an oven, then I can start to experiment with making pastries… lol… and I mean experiment…

Went home after that, and actually fell asleep while reading a story book. I don't know why I am so tired nowadays… perhaps I am getting sick.. yeah.. must be. Had a stupid dream, and quite a sad one… omg… it's a crap dream, but some parts were something that I am expecting? Or maybe not?

If I believe it's not, then it's not. If I believe it is, then it is…

And if I believe that things are not the way I thought they are, then they are not…

Even though I was still sleepy, I still went ahead for a really short run just now. Dead pace jog, just to take a break. After that, sat at the bench and stone, looking at the cloudy sky, and feeling the breeze, and thinking… thinking of crapp…

Thinking of why…

Will it be a good day later? I want to drink some chlorine water…

Maybe… waiting for a leaf to fall is better than pulling it off the branch? Waiting for the wind to take the leaf away? So that, the tree can say the leaf don't want to stay?

And how can I help others with their problems, when my own one has not even been concluded? And why must I hide it? Why not just be open about it? By hiding, it's like playing a game of Chance… 50-50 chance… maybe one side is heavier… who knows…

No bball in the afternoon, and so, I ended up playing with yam…

Ok, my way to make Yam Paste Recipe (芋泥):

Ingredients needed:

• Yam, medium size
• Cooking oil
• spring onions
• salt
• Sugar
• Water
• Ginko nuts, cooked.
• Coconut milk

Steps:

1. Go to the market or supermarket and grab a good yam. Clean it and remove the skin. Cut it into slices.
2. Steam the yam until soft. You may want to add in a pinch of salt into the water also.
3. Once it is soft, mash it up using something. A fork, a spoon, whatever. I used a fork.. Hmm.. strange choice, but can be done.
4. Fire up the wok. Put in cooking oil (I did not measure how much. Use your instincts) and fry the spring onions. When it turns golden brown, filter off, and put the filtered oil back into the wok.
5. Put in the mashed yam. Mix well with the cooking oil. Keep on stirring. Add sugar according to your taste. Add a slight amount of water. Keep stirring. If you have done a good job, you should see the paste forming. Stirring is to prevent it from going chao ta…
6. And then, it’s ready to serve! For a better taste, you can add in some ginko nuts and coconut milk.

Hmm… mine tasted alright…. Yummy… I did not have ginko nuts, and the coconut milk that I have bought yesterday was spoiled! Bought yesterday! How fast can it turn bad? Lol…

The following 2 pics were taken when Lijian, Zhenyao and I went for Sakae sushi buffet that time, at West Mall. I was playing around with his K750i. Not bad, that’s why I think it’s a good phone, and got my mom to extend the contract and get that phone.

Hmm.. A bit too big for the screen… lol… And should have turned on the light while taking the photo.. Hmm… The light is bright… Very bright.

How? Played pool, and then bowling, and then pool again, and then supper, and then home.

Who? Zhenyao, Lijian, Yingzi, and her boyfriend Kai Zong.

It's been almost 1 year since I last played pool. And it's been even longer for bowling. Played ok I guess. The “lucky” guy for pool tonight was Zhenyao, and the most “pro” bowler was Lijian. Kai Zong's a pro in both… wahhh… Doc-to-be + pro… lol

Yes. There's still people available for Christmas eve. And note, all are the regular swimmers. Yeah. Even Yingzi made it. Isn't that great? Lol…

Had fun playing, and then the couple went home, and the 3 of us went for supper at Bukit Timah. Ate prata, and just happened to choose the wrong drink again: Kopi Cino…

Went home after that. It's good to have a form of transport. With a form of transport, everything is possible. It's just too bad that I don't. I accept that. If people can't accept me by considering this as one of the reasons, then it's their problem, not mine.

Yeah thanks Zhenyao for all the transport. Thanks everyone who made it for this little chill-out, really chill lor, the aircon was powerful.

It's almost 5am. I am still awake, writing this. I smsed a long-time friend, and she did replied my sms! Wahh… isn't that great? Sometimes, I think, friends that do not contact often are better… Hmm…

I am getting used to negative responses. That's a good thing. I have to reach the stage where when people say “don't want”, I am able to give an immediate reply of “ok, nvm then” and move on. No smilie face. No laughs. Just cold replies. Or maybe, to learn from other people, no replies at all.

But who will actually care? Most people don't see emotions in smses. They see just words. My smses sometimes are more than just words. Few people understand. Few people can feel them. Few people thus react to them. If they don't see anything, they will just forget about them. Delete them, and go to sleep.

Too bad for them, not me.  

I think, I should start writing some new year goals soon, and also review this current year's aims and achievement. But, I am still waiting…

I wonder if some hidden things have been found? Hmm…

Yes… Christmas is gonna arrive in 4.5hrs' time? Any significance to this? Not really.

To me, for now, it's a day to relax. Stone. Whatever. Celebrate with friends? Then I will need to ask: Celebrate what? Who really are my friends?

Then I think further… yes, Christmas is just a special day. A public holiday. Nothing much. Celebration? No need ba. Nothing to celebrate. Play? Perhaps. Enjoy? I want!

But, with who? Friends have friends, and friends have relationships. Friends put relationships and other friends on top priority. Friends go out with friends. Friends go jalan jalan.

And me? Watch TV.

And, I really want to go out… And, I just don't have the ability to find people to go out. Who cares. I do not happen to be in the priority list.  People will just ignore my requests, or give me negative replies. Never mind. They have their own choices to make. Yeah.

Oh well… Never mind. Never mind if there's no outing.. It's just another normal day for me. Everyday is Saturday, what else can I ask for?

Just be contented. To those who are happily celebrating, enjoy. To those who are resting, rest well.

This is for sure: not everyone can be happy at the same time, when something happens.

Anyway, went jalan jalan with mom in the afternoon. Bought lots of things from Giant! So many people also! And then, we went over to the hand phone shop in JE and got the Sony Ericsson K750i. Nice phone. The up direction is working very well. Everything's good so far. No complains. Menu's acceptable speed. Nice display. Nice camera. Nice 64MB memory stick.

But, it's not my phone. Wahahaa… but, who knows, I may take and use it once in a while… Hmm…

It rained very heavily on our way back home. Thunder, lightning, heavy downpour. All well ahead of the night, so that, now, the weather's so fine, everything is possible.

Hidden treasures are always found at a place where you least expect it. A sudden thought… wonder why?

After the morning swim, the 4 of us went over to JP for jalan jalan. Yingzi decided to PS us to have lunch with her bf. It’s normal for that to happen. So used to it anyway. Lol… Met Jianliang there, and he passed me the stuff. Yummy stuff and nice stuff! I still owe him $$, because I did not have the cash just now.. haha…

And I bought this VCD, The Maid. Nothing much actually. It’s not scary…

Ok, some of the things that I have bought when I visited Sim Lim Square: A 1.8m audio cable, a V-Gear TalkCam, and an Altec Lansing headphone with mic…

Ok, that’s all for this Christmas’ upgrade! That completes my “wishlist” for Christmas!
