Yes, after 1 week of stupid labs and rains, I am back on the bball court, and shooting siao shots here and there… Great games, even though a bit nua towards the end. I did not know why.
Have you ever tried shooting the basket, thinking that you are shooting for someone else? Sometimes I try that. Playing bball is all about relaxation. Relax, smile, and the ball will go in. Tense, frown, and the ball will hit the rim. But not everyone can play bball games and smile continuously. But then, when we play bball, we ARE always laughing…
That's the fun of it. Jokes here and there, stunts, taikos… etc etc etc…

I am a alcohol sensor! This afternoon, I was trying out a sip of vodka. No no, no mixture. Just ice. Wahsey…. after about 10 minutes, I looked into a mirror, and I thought I had a sunburn from yesterday's swim! Lol. 40% really don't play play.

Around 1pm this afternoon, I came up with Lk Rain Sensor version 0.3a. It works so far. It's just simple aluminium on a piece of water-proof cardboard, and with 2 wires connected. It works, so I am going to leave that alone. The sensor shall be a digital one. I don't care. Just dip the whole thing into water, and it works just fine. Lol.
Ok I think I should go and bathe first.

Went for a swim in the afternoon with Zhenyao. Basically, swam only 5 laps??! Too nua to swim anyway, and so, I just soaked around and enjoyed the little bit of sun which got hot after a while…
And then, I went over to IMM and shop and shop and shop… Once I start spending, the effect is huge… Maybe I need someone to just keep my ATM cards for me…

People sometime ask me, what some guys can change their views so fast. But what can I say? Alot of things can happen. Fast-changing views can be due to total giving up, new targets, new goals, new perspectives, and also to avoid and indirectly protecting, to suppress.

Yeah! It's finally Friday!!!
And yesterday, I went for Dental, and after that, met wm for Subway lunch. Got the plastic cup! Hee… Went over to PC cluster to stone around, and after a while, someone tapped me, and hey, it's cq! Lol. And then an sms came through when it's about 2pm, and off I went to arts canteen to have lunch with jh (ofcourse I did not eat la… I am still trying to digest that 6-inch Hearty Italian Subway Club). Ben came at 3pm, and we went over to lab to collect more components.
Went for a sleepy lecture…. zzzz and it ended at around 5.45pm. Went down to canteen to meet wm, jh, and li chao. Their group was having a mini discussion. Then came joan. Crapped around… and I went home.
Oh well…. this kind of activities, good or bad? Lol… actually I love to do such things… walking around, looking around, talking around, stoning around…
Of course, stoning around is the best. Lol.
Do the songs that people listen to at a particular time reflect their mood at that point in time? It's highly possible, I would say. For me, if I start playing English ROCK music, sometimes, something must be wrong somewhere. Lol. I have to say 'sometimes', because, sometimes, I will play the songs when I feel like it.
But really, some people's choice of songs in their songlist do reflect their moods. Perhaps that will apply more to girls? I cannot prove that, because I don't have the necessary information. I don't have substantial proof to uphold that thesis or theory. I am just making a guess. A hypothesis. I need data samples, and then decide to what level of confidence can I say that the above statement is true.
Wait. I am NOT taking any statistics course now. So, why am I saying all those? Lol. Must be Friday I guess…

For EG1415, we had decided on some strange topic about what "weapons of mass destruction" thing… Wahliew… Group 3 had stolen our Qn2, Group 1 had stolen our Qn1, and so, we just anyhow picked up 1 topic. Don't care already! Hmph.

Let's see what instrument I have now: 1 Yamaha PSR 275 keyboard, 1 acoustic guitar, 2 chinese flutes. And somewhere else, there's an er-hu that don't really work, a harmonica that's a bit off-key, and the everyone should have played before – recorder. Lalalaa…
And of them all, there are none that I am really pro in. Wahaha!!!

Yes. Finally, the first test of this semester had come and gone in a breeze. Finished the 37 MCQ questions in around 15 minutes actually, but still sat around and re-look at some choices. Basically the questions were not that hard, only that my memory was poor, and I just could not recall reading certain things.
Or perhaps, those were not in the notes? Lol. Must be…
Finally got to get out of NUS before 12! Yay… slept on 183 till around Toh Guan, and got off and walked to BB pool. It was a really sunny day, but I was wearing contact lenses. Oh well… Lol. Swam for a while, and things slowed down when my right calf muscle decided to call for a break on the 7th round. That was a common leg cramp for me. Lol. It's like, sometimes, even when I am sleeping, that muscle will also cramp for no reason. I had to slowly swim to the other end, because I was in the middle of the pool. Lol… damn sianz. Good weather, little people, and my leg had to cramp. Oh well…
After that, I went over to IMM. Bought this and that, and went home. Heh. Finally, some time to breathe. Wahaha…
And now, back to code modification, and then WinPCB… haiz…

Finally, today's assessment was over! Somehow, things decided not to work when I was presenting, but it was over anyway, so I did not wish to care too much about it. I shall touch up on my code soon. I still have lots to convert. I need to correct some things. I should remove that while loop. I don't want the thing to 'hang' while the job is unfinished.
For now, back to EE3601. After tomorrow, life will be slightly lighter… hopefully.

I have been oing something the whole day without really branching into anything else for a few days already. The siao siao 2001 project. Currently, my functions are tested and proven, and I just need to piece them up together to make it a whole system.

Sometimes, things can get complicated, and so, the best way to do them will be 1 thing at a time. Settle for less, instead of debugging more. Comment out things that are useless for the time being.

Oh well, currently having a slight difficulty to eat, especially biting. As I bite on something, first, I have to open my mouth. Ouch #1 as the metal comes in contact with the ulcer. Second, I have to chew, around 10 times, and so, ouch #2 to #11. So, how many ouches do I need to finish a small bowl of rice? Assume that 1 bowl of rice will take around 20 tablespoons…

Ok, attempted to eat yong tau foo for the second time. On Monday, I could still managed to eat the rice as it was. This time, I decided to just pour the whole bowl of rice into the soup! That's so much easier for me to eat. And I brought this bonjela gel together with me today, and I was like applying it after lunch. Wahsey… the feeling of applying the gel on the wound was like eating wasabe. The feeling after the first minute was so shiok, as I would not feel anything at all as the gel added some form of lubricant between my braces and ulcer.
OUCH. Dr Ong, when can I remove my braces? Wahahha…
Monday was an OK day as usual. I was talking to Grace over lunch, regarding some things, friends, bgr and stuff. Some things about asking and not getting answers, about smses and no replies, about calls and rejected calls. And somehow, I just had to tell her why I think it's like this. And over the years, I just have to come up with this cruel but true answer, at least for me, if not for anyone else.
If you asked and were not told, if you insisted but were not given in, if you chased but did not catch up, if you repeatedly did something and there's not much effect, then you have to realise that you might not be the person to be told, to be given in, to be allowed to catch up.
Yes, everyone has the right to keep to their own world. I agree on that. That's why I will only ask once, and only once, and if there's no answer, so be it. I am not the one to know about that particular thing/ incident/ etc.
That's what I told her, or rather, part of it, without any further explanation. The sentence itself is self-explanatory. It's clear. And of course, the above was not exactly what happened. That's not the exact words. I have to modify it abit to keep things simple, to keep identities unknown, and make it to be a case study. And so, any resemblance to any case is purely coincidental.
I am sure many people have experienced the above. It's just that they are reluctant to draw that conclusion.
And yes, my hearing and sight are well-developed enough to differentiate certain sounds and looks. I used the above theory to just keep quiet. It has to be that way. I don't insist on certain things. Not anymore.
