Tomorrow's supposedly the start of AOE.

This means: no book out, no night's off, no games, no sports… only work and work…

Hopefully, I will not be pulled in at the last minute to do some useless 'wayang' jobs…

This week also means that I will only get to upload the updated version of Commonwealthian.Net next week. I have made some serious changes in design and concept, and the changes are in my programming style too. I am starting to learn those complicated functions, and I hope to touch on more soon.

Till now, I have not fold my No. 4, I have not pack my bag, I have not bathe, I have not finish what I want to do.

There's so much things to do.

And I have to leave everything till next week? No Choice I guess…

Had a small BMT section gathering just now! Although only half of the total strength of 12 were free to attend, it was fun! We talked a lot, mostly about how we were getting along and those old Tekong days, about massages, IPPT, SOC and interesting incidents, not forgetting the 'Tekong sausage'…

See how time flies. The last time I had seen them was when we went to Orchard for Seoul Garden. They did not change much, except for some increase in weight…

The people who were present: Me, Rashid, Andy, William, Xinkai, Zhangkai.

We had dinner at Fish & Co. Before that, we had some drinks at Cafe Cartel, walked around, and played some games at the arcade in PS while waiting for Rashid. He had to break fast anyway. After that, we went over to Cuppage Plaza for a pool session. While we were there, we actually saw 3SG Zheng! (Or maybe we should call him Mr. Zheng? -lol-) It was such a coincidence!

Well, there were more. While we were having coffee at Cafe Cartel earlier, I saw CPT Kenneth and his wife walked past. And before that, I saw David from Alpha! If only 4D is so easy…

Guess we should have more such outings! It was fun, and challenging too, gathering all of them and finding a suitable date and time and venue.

I had a minor computer upgrade today too! I bought a fan and a DVD-ROM drive. Hopefully, my computer temperature will be brought down. I do not have any DVD to try on my new drive yet, but I shall go find one soon.

ooOOo I just love the song, 'Bie Sha Le', in Emil's latest album! I like the tempo and the music and the lyrics! Nice song!

And of course, today's a very nice day! = )

I have felt this way since Saturday night. I felt that something was blocking my throat.

Yes, I think I have flu.

This is not very good. I must recover, fast. I don't like the feeling of a blocked nose and a soft voice.

And most importantly, there's the AOE, the BMT section meeting, and guard duty. I do not want to miss any of them. (Perhaps I may want to miss the first event…)

Is it all in the mind? That people recover faster when their mind is set, full of determination? Is that the cause of miracle healing? Perhaps.

I will recover… yes I will… I can, I must…

I am going to book in later, for tomorrow's guard duty! Weekend burnt, once again… Hopefully, it rains tomorrow. Rain always make me feel better. The water droplets, hitting on the roofs, on the roads, on the tree leaves, washing away everything that are dirty and unwelcomed…

Monday will be a day off as a compensation for the duty. Monday will also be Maths 'C' paper for the J2s this year… hmm, why do I care so much about what the JC people are doing? Maybe because there are quite a number of them that I know? Perhaps…

Whatever. I am going back to camp to sleep.

Forgot to update just now when I was at home. Perhaps I was in a hurry to get things done, hence missing out this little task. Never mind, I shall update now.

This off day was not my request. Boss said I had too many offs. In the end, I did nothing much today, except for buying breakfast, doing up CSSNET, and buying toothpaste. I can't believe it myself; I went to Clementi just to buy that item! I was thinking of going IMM, but on second thought, decided against the idea. I was sort of wondering around, not knowing what else to do or buy…

I think I lack some planning skills. No matter what outings or gatherings, I was not the main organiser, except for basketball sessions. I will need more practice on that, be it planning dates, outings, and even my time and future…

Seriously, I need to learn…

It seemed like I have just booked out recently. Time flies. People gone. Chances vanish. Hopes lost. No more.

Lots of things can happen in one second, and worse, we do not know what will happen in the next second. Only with the patience to wait, we will be able to know, but usually, that will be too late. We cannot go back. There's no return route. Once time's gone, it's history.

The time now is 8:27pm. Soon, it will be 8:28pm, 8:29, and so on. Time crawls away, swallowing everything in its path. And what it had left us were the effects.

I think I will need a better understanding of time management. I simply do not practise this. Perhaps I did during my school years, but certainly not now. I am losing out to Time. But yet, I am looking forward to the Future. I want Time to pass quickly, yet I want Time to slow down. It's ironic.

Yes, it's just another Sunday Night, wasted, drained, lost.

And yes, tomorrow will be a better day… hopefully.

Yes, I hope, when there's still time to do so…

My computer's back to life! I have just formatted the windows partition, and now, it's (almost) free of junk! This time, I remembered to backup my databases and address books! Yeah learning from experience…

Currently reading this book, The Complete Idiot's Guide To Feng Shui. Interesting book, except for those chinese words which are expressed in english. I do not know what are the actual words! Perhaps I should look for a chinese feng shui book instead. At least I will know more…

I have decided to start my collection of my next comic! This time, it's Qi Lin Wang, which is about a guy and a ghost (spirit) who teaches him how to play the…hmm… what's that called? Not sure…

7 more months to ORD!!!!!

Yesterday morning, the Provost came to our unit for a spot check. One of our CDs was confiscated. They claimed that it was pirated stuff as there was no serial number on it. That CD came together with the player. If we knew, they would not even see the CD already! The most interesting thing is, we left 3 of the CDs on the table, and they took only one…

Doing guard duty now. Just finished prowling and am now resting till 3am, my sentry shift.

Tired, and painful soles… It's always this case since I entered army… May be due to the insoles of the boots. Time to change one, I guess…

Do I really have to format my c:? No, it's not difficult, but I just hate to do backups…

I do not know why, but my NAV just refuses to work. Without that, I will be like surfing the internet naked, without protection, waiting for bugs and virus to haunt me…

Perhaps a full format and reinstallation of Windows would do the trick… hopefully.

Or else… I will need to spend money again? Norton 2004? No…..

No time already. Have to book in. I shall decide next week.

Reinstalling is really another headache, all my files, programs, servers…

Maybe… things just don't go the way you want them to go. And forcing them is useless… Adapt to them…

An error, that was.

An error that caused me to reinstall my whole computer system, not giving me any chance for backups.

And now, once again, for the second time for this year, all my contacts were gone… or maybe they are still hidden somewhere in a corner of my hard disk? Yeah think positive…

Have to reinstall all my programs also, including Photoshop, Office, Director, and even those tiny programs like ICQ and IRC…

This weekend is just not for me…
