I've hoped, weeks ago, for good weather for the past 4 days. And yes, it did not rain, only bits of clouds, and a bit of haze, that's all.

I wondered why I have wished for good weather for the past 4 days, given that I could not do anything else but stay at home or do something light outside…

Never mind. The rain, if it's not going to stop, will be spoiling my plans… as usual.

Just got an email at 9am. I am into Electrical Engineering… So their 'mid June' is what we usually refer to as 'end of the month'…

Ok, added slight modifications here and there. This current entry is an open one, so the lock at the top should be opened…

It's a headache sometimes, to integrate such things into one, but it's possible. It's fun too, if there's not too many bugs to huant me… I don't like bugs. Like last night, an error in previously declared cookies caused me to think that some alien had prevented me from logging in at ELove…

Tomorrow's going to remove the stitches! Finally, and hopefully it WILL be removed…

The familiar chao ta smell is back again…

With a locked entry, not everyone will be able to read what I don't want them to… heehee.. bad right? But it's privacy you see… lock it up. Let the hackers wonder how to read it using illegal methods. (it's possible, highly possible…) But then, I wonder which hacker will be so siao to hack my blog? Must be a 变态狂!

Alright, tonight's a peaceful one, no one for me to 'disturb'. Not at home. Nothing much to do, having finished reading that book. The author wrote as if the characters in the book could have sex with whoever, whenever, where ever… a few 'scenes' in there… and quite descriptive too, and not too detailed, otherwise, it would not have landed up in the library fiction section… But I love Josephine Cox's writing style. She makes the story come alive. As I read, I was like, watching a movie coming out from the book. I thought of what the characters looked like, what were their houses like, the beach, everything! At those reading moments I thought I was a movie director! haha…

I guess I shall stop here…

End of my first locked entry.

I am going to implement some security measures now. Some entries will remain open. Some will be private entries. But I have not sort out the locking part. I have to see how am I going to integrate it together with ELove Friends.

If it is successful, I will continue to expand this ability. I will show some 'public' photos and label all the others as 'private'. I can also add some other functions, but that will be the future. I think I have to solve 1 problem at a time.

Finished reading The Beachcomber just now. Josephine Cox is an interesting writer. Never thought that Tom's brother could have been the one who knocked his family's car off the cliff… never thought, until I read about it…

Let me try out some of her other books next time.

Just completed the database upgrade at Belief. If this entry is displayed correctly, it means that the upgrade is a success, and no other problem regarding the database will be observed, at least not for now.

Been quite lazy… just realized that I have not even finish my site migration! Where's the contact info? Where's the Guestbook? Where's the message board? oh man… zzz

Played basketball this morning. On MC still can play basketball! -lol- anyway, don't feel anything much in my mouth, so I think running and jumping around, shooting some balls at the basketball court at JE BLK 108 won't be that bad… and indeed it isn't!

I shall continue with my book before I carry on with this little migration… back to “The Beachcomber”…

Tomorrow's the start of Engin Camp, and I am not in it… too bad… I guess I shall look around and entertain myself a bit… zzz…

Today's quite good, I think. Woke up at 9am! If not for that SMS from Dennis, I think I would have slept longer! Went to IMM with Mom for some shopping, buying some food and such. Went out again at 2.30pm again, to help Dennis pass his money to his driving instructor at Bukit Gombak.

While waiting for the MRT at Bukit Gombak, I 'tossed a coin'. If the right came first, I shall go Woodlands. If the left, I shall go JE. The right came shortly, and I took it all the way to Woodlands. Paying a visit to the library that I had gone to for 1 year plus.

The library's not so crowded, but there were lots of people around. As usual, I could not find the book I want. And while trying to find 'E', I looked at 'C', and happen to come across this book by Josephine Cox. I am reading it now. Interesting. Lots of things unanswered for now, but I think I shall know when I finish reading it. Quite a thick book at 600 pages, but I shall finish it!

After a walk at Causeway Point, I found nothing. The Giordano Sale at the ground floor was so crowded with people that I gave up trying to find a pair of khaki pants. But then, I wondered if there's still further discounts from the stated price of $15 with my little keychain? Old Chang Kee was forever having queues out of its shop, and Bread Talk, if I did not see wrongly, had became smaller after the renovation. The rest were unchanged.

I did not take the MRT home. Instead, I went down to the bus interchange and took 178. On the way, I read Chapter 1 of the book. Finished it when the bus reached 10 Mile Junction. After that, I decided to take a nap. It must be the medicine that's making me tired, but the effect was not stated in any of the labels. Woke up just in time. The air con was so comforting that I only woke up along the road towards Science Centre! I never woke up once along Bukit Batok! Nice sleep.. lol. Got off at Jurong Regional Library and book-dropped the 2 books I borrowed earlier. I did not return them at Woodlands because I had planned to come to Jurong with a hope to find a 'miracle'. No, the 'miracle' was not found. Book 4 and 5 were no where to be seen. Do I really have to put a reservation? In the end, I went up to Level 2 and find myself a reference book which I might need. However, so far, the reference books that I have borrowed before were all underutilized… hopefully this one will not be.

Thinking of going for NUS Dive Club's diving course, but gosh the price's $430!!! I think I might find a cheaper alternative to get myself a diving certificate…

OK, the teeth's out. I am left with 2 holes at the back of my mouth… one is alright. The other's will be having a longer time to heal. I can just feel the swelling of my left cheek.

The operation was really a simple one. It did not take that long. I think the whole thing took about 30 to 40 minutes? I was given 4 jabs in the mouth in total. The lower gum and the upper gum. It was after the second shot that I felt numbness in my mouth and I had difficulty swallowing my own saliva. Then they covered me up (eyes also included. They said it's due to the light but I doubt it) and the minor surgery started.

There was some pulling here and there, and some drilling and grinding. After a while, the teeth's out. With numbness in my mouth still, I went to the counter to make payment. Nearly forgot to take back my ATM card. Went back there to retrieve it, and the nurse there just 'k-ed' me (in a friendly way) for being so careless… haha she meant well, never mind.

Decided against going to the library. I do not want to walk around looking like a vampire that has just been punched on the left cheek. Went home instead, and cooked for myself some porridge. Tried out the hair dye on 1 part of my hair. The colour is not so obvious, but the change is there if one look carefully.

I don't think I will colour all my hair… yet. Unless something gives me so much stress that I decide to change hair style to scare that something off… and that time, the colour will be gold… not brown…

Thursday will be another visit to the clinic! I have been going in and out of that place so often that the people there all seem to know who I am! Well, they are all very friendly, and I like friendly people! Makes me feel at home… Actually the wound's not that painful. Or is it only the starting, and the worse is yet to come? Wait and see…
