Wow… another Friday. So fast, but so short…

Checked my results for programming. Passed, but not really happy about it. But then, I had expected the results to be that way, so it's not so bad. Keep making stupid mistakes here and there… Never mind, it's over.

When over to JP to jalan-jalan (on my own, who else?). Bought 2 VCDs. Watched one just now. Volcano High. Nice graphics. Watched it before in camp, but bought it anyway.

I need to go Sim Lim… Soon… with a badminton racket, perhaps… haha…

Attempted lab 3 part 1. Recursion. When I read it, I was like thinking 'die', but then, it's not that hard after all. Perhaps it's because of the function(s) that I have used. My copy is already up on the NUS server. Submitted! Haha 1 less homework to worry about…

Going back to school tomorrow. EE. Need to allocate more time to Physics and EE. And then, I shall start revising on LSM.

It's scary when I am determined to do what I want to do… But then, I sometimes side-track too…

Control… yeah… I can stop thinking of some things. Getting used to it. Yeah… I shall try 90% ignorance. No more…

Just realised that I missed out this locking function on my blog update page. How can I miss out this important function…

I can't… I just can't. I don't want to see anymore. Can I just bind up my eyes and walk around? Let my feelings do the walking. My legs are tired. My eyes too.

I just want to say to myself… hey… accept it. Nothing's going to change this thing. Not even the stars gonna do anything… anyway, long before this, I have foreseen this coming…

Looks like my vision is not that bad… I can foresee… or should I say, my prediction is rather accurate…

Don't try to prove me wrong. And hope that I will not be proven correct too…

OK just realised that I have already hit 365 entries last night. 1 year worth of blogging, with some days more than 1…

Going into history once again, my very first 'blog' was on a ASP server, and I use a Access database! At that time, I was trying out the services at Brinkster.com. It was very expensive, so I moved over to PHP on Apache server. Open source implies cheaper price.

From the way I wrote my very first blog, it seemed that I did not know much about database entries then. I limited myself to 255 characters per entry! Sometimes, I just type and type, and exceed the length, and it told me that I have exceed, and required me to trim part of it. Haha… after switching over to mySQL, I found out about the field options called 'text' and 'longtext', which can be used to store large paragraphs of words. So fun…

This is entry # 366. Let's see how long I will take to hit 730 entries…

Going to school to hand in the EE report… zzz

Just came back from a run. Realised that I have not actually been running since school starts, which is bad. So, I managed to find some time (with the opportunity cost of my EE and programming tutorials) to go down and have a run.

Felt like I was back in camp, minus the misty air and the ups and downs of the roads. Missed the days where we played basketball almost every evening. Missed the days when we worked overtime, till 8 – 9pm, with a record time set last year: 11pm. Missed, of all, my pay. Heard that they were going to have a pay increase again? Why? Decreased workload (5-day workweek), still have increased pay… zzz

Well, give them a slap if they still say money no enough…

Haven't watch 新警察故事 yet. The advertisement looks great, though… hmm…

Suddenly have this urge to write something chinese, so here it is… can take it as Project Molody ba…

Yeah… they have a direct relationship.. at least for me.

Maybe this has to do with the immune system? Sad => system weak => vulnerable to virus => flu, fever, cough, and whatever?

Or maybe, virus in my body already, somehow, it mutated to be immune to my system's defence, and therefore, flu's back?

Or… it's just me…

Lend Project Melody 2004 CD 1 to Ben to copy into his laptop for his iPod mini. So nice of his GF to give him that as a Bday present. I am just sharing some great songs with him… haha

CD 2… have to wait 1 more week. I have a whole lot of Emil Chau MP3s to re-name. I think I shall rip the CDs again. That might save me lots of time from editing the tags. And there's Valen Hsu's MP3s too…

Going through 800 MP3s isn't all that fun actually… hmm…

Just realised this morning that my supply of printing paper is running out fast. I have not buy replacement ink catridges for my printer also. I was thinking of going down to Sim Lim one of these days, but then… well… see first ba…

Tried to sort an array of strings on LCC this morning. Something's wrong somewhere, and I have not figure it out. Seeing stars over pointers. This is how we declare a pointer called X: *X. See? Stars…

Lab tomorrow. Oh well, hope it's fun. Next Wednesday will be a great day. Or maybe I should call it Lab Day. 9 – 12: Physics. 12 – 2: Programming. 2 to 4: Microbiology…

So sianz… Passed Chee Meng the money just now, and he asked me who's the girl in the photo. Just happened to be Wendy… Hmm… and he said he is going to have some photo-taking session… well, Wendy as model? Hmm… not a bad choice…

Trying to read some notes, but end up writing this… zzzZz. about 3 more hours to go… till lecture time…

Hmm… was talking to JH just now over Msn. Talked about stars after I saw her Msn pic… not those up high, but those little stars… yeah stars for her special someone(her bf.. haha) hmm… yeah good question: who are my stars for?

I really don't know… Maybe, I am just waiting for the right star to come flying towards me or something like that… hmm…

Ok, Project Melody 2004. 1 project that was not listed under my projects. I have finished renaming, re-labelling, and sorting out 10 albums. MP3 CD 1 is ready. I will move on to MP3 CD 2.

Haa… another question. Why am I doing this? Hmm…

Been playing nonsense on my keyboard just now. Sometimes, crap playing can lead to nice melodies. And since I did not write them down, I think I had forgotten the actual tune. This time, it sounded a bit on the down side I think. Haha.. just me, always looking for sad songs…

Got to go. Have to go to school early to hand in the photo money to Chee Meng… if only I am that lucky during lucky draws (hey.. only for once ok, and that was the Fujitsu Laptop thing…)

Wanted to look for people for lunch later, but then, I guess not. Dream on… I am like this. Once- no, twice- no, and the third time, I will choose the other route. And that often hurts. Hmm… Maybe not that serious.

Hmm.. missed out something. Saw something quite new yesterday. Was thinking about it, and there, seen it… Hmm… not bad…

There goes my weekend. A Bball-less weekend. So sianz. A word-less weekend. So sianz. An under-utilised weekend…

What have I done for the past 16 hours: As usual, sorting out my song collection. I even had to change the tags on those files, so it will take longer than usual. I am beginning to use Windows Media Player to play my songs, even though I still use WinAmp sometimes. After I have sorted out my collection, WinAmp is going to show question marks in the playlist, while Media Player will be showing song titles, singers, and albums. Just upgraded to version 10 recently. Not bad.

Went to West Coast with my dad on Sunday morning. We had some money stuff to settle. Heh… updated the bank books too. While attempting to put money back into my bank account using the machine, there was some problem with the printing process, and one page of the book was folded while the machine tried to flip to the next page. Yeah, error in printing entries. Tried again on the update machine. Failed. Oh well… bank time I guess…

I think I shall sleep early tonight. Yesterday was like, sleep at 5, wake up at 9… hmm…

Just came back from KBox Marine Parade half an hour ago. We went over there after Benjamin's birthday party at Aljunied. Yeah… maybe I should say, finally, there's a KBox outing, but then… well… never mind. Respect all decisions…

Finally got to hear Junrong, Emmanuel, Fu Ming, Lionel, Benjamin, and Weimin sing! Hahaha… Yeah Junrong's been singing lots of Energy's songs, and Emmanuel, those English ones. Fu Ming chose some varieties. Lionel's voice was powerful. And high too. He can hit those high notes nicely… Benjamin came late, so he only sang a bit. Weimin also sang a few. The first song he chose was interesting.. hmm…

Me? Tried 借口, attempted to rap 爸，我回来了. Hmm… No comments…

Ok, about the programming test yesterday. I was quite blur with some of the questions, making stupid mistakes that I should not be making. I don't have high hopes for that paper. The uncertainty is there. But then, I don't really care too much. Forget it.

Anyway, bball later has been cancelled. Too many people not free. Too many people missing, so I was forced to use that magic word once again. I don't like that very much, but, I had to respect others' decisions…

I guess, it's time to sleep…

Yeah Finally it's Saturday! Another week gone, and later at 3pm, it's programming test! So exciting… zzz

Well, I was supposed to revise a bit of Maths, read a bit of Physics, study a bit of Programming, do a bit of EE, flip through Microbes, but it looked like I have been sitting in front of the computer getting and organising my MP3s and lyrics collection. Currently, Lyrics count is 248. And that's only one part of the songs that I had. Legal ones ok. The other 'evaluation' type, I have also… who don't?

I still have lots of files to edit, lots of files to rename. I need a more organised music collection, with lyrics and information.

Ahh… another do-nothing night. 2 nights in a row. I must be getting more and more lazy…
