How to get lemon-lime coke (assume Mac…):

• Get a meal.
• Get another meal, and change the drink to lemon-lime.
• Mix the 2 unfinished drinks together in the lemon-lime cup (looks nicer… wahaha)
• Drink it, and hope you will survive…

While having dinner at Mac last night, someone did that… hmm… I drank it, and I am still alive! Hahaha ??… Actually it's quite nice. Do try it, but don't blame me if you go to the toilet 10 times in a row or what… lol

What did I do for the whole day today? Nothing much. Slept and woke up, and went back to sleep again… wahha..

Did some tutorials. And some playing here and there, and stoning most of the time… wahahaa..

Still don't know what to do for the D1 design. Ahhhh… Cannot be that chim as I thought initially, because the bread board will not be big enough… Cannot be that complicated, using 10 MSIs… no no…

Why crap? Because I am one…

Waited for that siao siao 176 for around 15 minutes I think. So long! Wasted some time stoning at JE bus stop. I was looking at the sky as I waited for the bus. Not bad, only an occassional dark cloud passing by. Great…

So shiok eh? Imagine, going back to CSS to find some teachers, only to find out that, it’s their off day! Well done… ooOOoo but then, officially, their teaching days will be…. 4 days…. oh well… 4 days…

Yeah, bought ???'s new album on Tuesday! I was at Popular to pay for the membership renewal, and I thought of the new album. Went in to take a look, and bought it! Yay… ??…

Ok, there goes SSA2204, into my S/U-ed list. ooOOoo quite happy and quite sad. Why S/U? Because, really, it’s not hard, but it’s not easy to talk in class.

Swam with Lijian this morning. I was swimming alone as he was late. When he arrived, the sky turned darker than before, and around 11+, it started to rain! Hahahaa talking about suay…

Went BK for lunch. 2nd BK meal in 5 days. Tried the Gourmet Lamb or whatever that was. Quite ok. BK burgers are often nice. The worst burger that I have ever eaten was the Chicken Prosperity Burger that was sold during this year’s CNY period! Omg to me that was a super disaster!

Yeah, after BK, Lijian (see, I am trying not to use certain words. Later people go sue me, then I go in 3 years jail how?) bought ????! He really could eat…

Went home. Nothing else to do already. So sianz.

And just now, I walked all the way out to the bus stop near the expressway, just to sign some documents! Well done… It’s always not good to be a guinea pig, because people can make mistakes…

Oh well…

And yes, I changed the switches this afternoon, after I reached home! Here’s the pic:

And now, the lightings at the park has changed! From my window, it looked like this:

Very bright hor? Wahliew… and after my room lights were off, the following picture was taken:

See, my door had been illuminated!!!! Oh well… 3 fluorescent light bulbs in there. White light. Of course it’s bright! I think, next time, I can save on electricity and use the street lamp as my study light… Idea hor?…  Wahahaa… last time there was this kid who studied by the moonlight which was reflected by the snow… Now? We have things called mirrors… lol…

It’s going to be Thursday!!! Ahhh!!! So fast!!!!

Went back to find Suen Cin once again. Yeah. To hear her blah blah blah and me being the guinea pig… It will be Mr Law's turn soon…

While waiting for her to appear, I bought a cup of Mocha Ice Blended from Coffee Bean. Hmmmmmmm… And I thought she was supposed to ask “any whipped cream for you, sir?” Or was I deaf or what? I remember, mocha did have whipped cream… But never mind about that. It's well blended (I mean the ice). So far, 2 cafes have gained my approval: That one at JE library (what's that called… hmm.. forgot, but I had the pic somewhere..), and Coffee Bean…

And yeah, Suen Cin introduced me to a not-too-bad policy to replace my current i-duno-what-i-am-paying-for policy. Hmm.. looks ok to me, having the ability to “upgrade” it next time when I (supposedly) have more money… Decided to take it up, and throw the old one away… hahahaa… ok lar, I think it's ok. Just less coffee in the morning lor. Drinking too much coffee is bad ok.. hmm.. sounds familiar…

And then, went for a quick jalan jalan at Sim Lim Square. Nothing caught my eye, except for a orange colour webcam from Philips. It's small, can take pictures of resolution 640 by 480, 25 frames/second, and has an internal memory of 8mb… It costs $48.

But why do I need a webcam for? Not much use. I will have preferred a DV. I can play around with DV and start experimenting with video editing. But too bad, I don't have a DV. Aw… Maybe, I can use my camera to play with video first. 512mb SD, should be more than enough…

Well well… 1 day gone, just like that. And it's Wednesday now. And I am still awake at this time? Hmmmmm….

Ok, woke up to fix the internet connection!

First, I tried out the Aztech modem, and it worked fine. And then I use the Linksys one again. Still the same problem. And so, the problem is with the Linksys gateway!

Did a hardware reset on the Linksys gateway, you know, those type that you press on the reset button for around 5 to 10 seconds, and the whole thing just restarts. And then? So far so good, haven't seen a red light, yet…

Maybe, it's because I said I am going to get it replaced? Wahaha… I will be around Sim Lim area anyway. Looks like, for now, I don't need to find a replacement…

And… let's hope it will continue to be stable when I get back from Sim Lim… lol…

Hmm…

How about DC-ing over 20 times in 1 hour? How about spending 1 hour trying to keep the connection stable? How about talking on MSN and keeps on getting logged out and losing bits of information here and there?

Very fun?

How I wish I can throw that router on the wall or something like that. But no. I will find the solution to it. Let's hope it will not cost me anything… I hate to spend $$…

Opened my eyes, and what I see? Dark clouds. Meaning? Home day again… not a swim day. At least not in the morning. Afternoon? See how. Tomorrow? I don't know about tomorrow…

Some things I can say here, but by saying them, they will somehow kill off other people. And so? I shall just keep quiet. Let me just note it down in my brain…

What am I doing at home on a great clear night, which is the night for mid autumn festival? Well… watching Mr Bean: The Movie, what else? Even though I have watched in a few times, it's still interesting and funny. Hee…

Been looking around for the moon. Where is it? Maybe it's just above my head, that's why I can't see. Maybe it's on MC…. blah blah… I've seen the moon on Friday night. Quite nice… and big, of course.

Yeah, sometimes, while waiting for whatever, whoever, early in the morning or at night, I will look at the sky. Yeah, the stars, the moon, and sometimes, the planets. So nice… Stars are up there, and I am here… Hmm…

Maybe I should have taken “Understanding The Universe”, like what Mr Law did… But really, there's lots of things I will like to do, but due to some stupid bidding limitations and class clashes, I always end up getting things that are not really my choice. Oh well… too bad…

And the next thing is the usual: $$$. I will really like to go overseas, but I am always limited by costs. Why like this? How I wish I can fly here and there, like nobody's business. And how I will like to spend 1 semester in another country too. Haiz…

Loan? To be in debt further? Scholarship? Do I look like I will qualify for one?

Haiz… I would say that, over these years in education, I have done nothing significant. No awards won, no troubles to report. So sianz…

Sometimes, I see people winning awards, winning games, collecting trophies. Could that person be me? Even if I go back in time, it will still be the same: No way.

My family is quite the traditional type last time (because this time I make sure they listen to MY way, not the other way round. I argue my way through. Just like a few months ago regarding some gadgets, and of course, that m:robe.). With something traditional meant that, education was more important than anything else. Which, in my reasoning, does not apply in today's world. A good education is still important, yes, but there's no place you can go without money. Can't qualify for local studies? Go overseas. They will be more than willing to open their arms wide to welcome foreign students.

And there's more things. Regarding scholarships. They are rewarded to people who qualify for them. So, there's always the probability of a person who came from a rich or well-to-do family getting that kind of award. $10k? Well? Peanuts? -lol-

And for a CDC Bursary, it's $1k/year…

And for some who are really struggling with finances, $1k to survive for a year, is it enough? And some ended working part-time, giving tuition, as waiters or waitresses, and then studying till early in the morning, and end up missing or sleeping during lectures.

For people who are well-to-do, do… do know how lucky you all are.

For me, I only got lucky when I got out of NS. Or else, I will be eating grass everyday, being panda everyday, and having no time any other thing. But no, I can't be spending all my parents' money. They still need it.

After that questionaire thing with Suen Cin, it seems that, in the future, I will have to earn lots in order to survive. Too bad, I am the only child… no choice… Or maybe, I can find myself a helpful girlfriend/wife, but…

From some discussion with Marie last time (I also did not know how we discussed work, and somehow linked to this topic…), it seems that, her girl friends are mostly those see-money = face-grow type. Which means that, first thing they will see in a guy, is: Is he rich?

Oh well I do hate these types. Not because I am a self-declared bankrupt. Is money that important in a relationship? Yes, maybe… It's important to some I guess. And very important to a few. And I know out there, there are people who don't really mind.

Maybe for the above comment, most of her friends are already working, and having experienced the working world, they will prefer to be a taitai…

But which guy will like to see his girl suffer?

And which girl will want to suffer together with a guy?
