As usual. Unmotivated.
And pissed.
I do not know why, but somehow, I cannot stand people playing games, be it on phones or on the computer, when I am working on something. At least, keep things quiet. I just cannot stand people doing that. I don’t know why. I just can get very pissed.
And then, my concentration goes down.
And I had to take out my earphones, plug into the computer, and start playing music, loud, from the server.
Drown out all the disturbances. I have things to rush out. And people are having fun. Wad e…
Life’s just not very fair sometimes…

Lost a ‘war’ on ‘Linux or Windows’ discussion. Did not really expect to win anyway. Haha. Hard to go and argue the good things about the latter in stability. Hmm. Ok lor. Time to learn more about Linux systems.
But my old laptop’s already spoilt. Arghh…
Maybe, I should try on my home computer? Idea? Hmm…

And somehow, I got stuck in a discussion about control systems. For nothing. I was there to get some signatures for a purchase request. And there I was, trying to explain transfer functions and what they meant.
And the story about eigen values repeated itself… again… Then Fourier and Laplace came in for some tea. Frequency domain and time domain…
It just… sort of pissed me off even more.
I was once a control freak. And now, I have become a programming freak. Yes, programming is fun in some ways, but I don’t have much flexibility in my current project. Things are sort of fixed. Unlike in another software project, where so many things can be implemented, but are not done.
There’s so much things that can be done when you are programming to control something. That’s the fun part. Parsing of data according to definition is chicken feet. Programming to control, is something that is really exciting, with infinite outcomes.
You have to put yourself into the user’s shoes. You need a simple question: “What do you think you want to see, to use, and to control, for a particular platform?”
Requirements? Guidelines. No one’s stopping anyone from going beyond the requirements.

Plans for tomorrow? We shall see. As I said, I don’t believe in plans. Like today. I went YC, and I managed to do nothing significant for my testing. Things not installed fully. Software not found. Patch not installed. Drivers missing. Maps could not be found. Dongle was at somewhere else.No one actually verified what has been installed. Was it the correct computer. Was it the correct configuration.
Why make an ASS out of U and ME?
And yes, I got to stay until 9 as a reward.
You decide. Can I not be feeling pissed?

One thing for sure. My mood can be changed very easily. Sometimes, after a while, I will think, why the hell am I pissed? Why should I? Then I will start to become crazy or what…
