Wednesday: Swim + Pirates of the Caribbean 2 + Settlers Cafe
A busy day, with swim in the morning, followed by Pirates 2 in the afternoon and then Settlers Cafe in the evening. Swim was not bad. The show's good and funny, and the cafe was fun!
Thursday: River City Restaurant Buffet Dinner + TCC Dessert
Went there once again, with drivers, and as usual, some decided to PS with valid reasons and some did not even bother to reply to make their final decision. I just find it very rude to leave a decision hanging until the event has passed. Why like that? Handphone thefts have dropped, so don't say that your handphone got stolen. I don't think some people are that suay. Anyway the food's ok. Yummy! I made my point clear: to enjoy, not to close down the restaurant. That was last time. TCC dessert was good, but ex. No photos available, because I see no point in taking out a camera and shooting a dessert plate. An empty one.
Friday: Swim + KBox @ Suntec
Swam in the morning, and then off we go, to Suntec City for KBox. Nothing much actually.

Anyway, went back to HTL to get our timesheets settled. Said byebyes to all those that we had direct contact with. We went there by 255, and since we were so lucky to get a cab that stopped just directly infront of us at the reception area, we took it to JE to find Ting to submit our timesheets.
After that, we took 334 to JW to cut our hair. Finally! Time to cut hair! Lol. The auntie once again gave me a chicken hairstyle.. well…
After the haircut, we took 187 to BB swimming pool, only to find out that it had been booked for some event. This was the dunno-how-many-times that we had hit on such thing. In the end we went over to West Mall for a bit of jalan jalan before going home.
So that was yesterday.
Sunday was ok. Bball day as usual. Nothing much to say also.
Went to Joan's house on Saturday. So many people! Lol. Well, it's her bday celebration. Her bday was on 23th. Celebrated 1 day earlier. Different groups of her friends were there. We did not seem to know anyone there besides ourselves. And somehow, someone is drifting apart from the ship. Someone… I think everyone knows. Ben felt that also.
Tommy got a bit too excited while I was playing with him, and he gave me a scratch on my right hand. Well well. Friendly doggie stunts. Lol.

Ok, another assignment gone. Chelsea tried to keep us for next week, but we said no, as school is back soon and I have my own things to settle for next week. Actually it's only Monday, but then, Jianliang did not seem to want to continue, and so, it's better that we rejected the deal together rather than 1 stay. Easier for them to find new people also.
This assignment as mover was OK I think. I survived with some finger aches and 3 bruises caused by stupid siao heavy furniture. And I think all were caused by handling the house owner's furniture!
Gone to 5 different places in 5 days. Well well. Travel was ok. During these 8 days, I have taken more taxis than what I would have taken in a year! Some of the places were so ulu, it would be a road march to walk in! White House Road, Hyde Park Gate, York Road, Trevose Crescent, Holland Green.
For the past few days, it had been great.

Suddenly, I am having so many job offerings this week.
Yesterday, Ting called to ask if we were extending our job assignment. And she had a 3-day pakaging job at Woodlands. Can't take that up also. Too bad.
Some things just have to come to an end.
Monday will be busy. I have to go to find Dr Ong. I have to go back to HTL to get our timesheets settled. I have to go to cut hair, swim, buy this and that, etc. I have so many things to do. I have to catch up.
Sometimes, some things can be avoided if the answer is known.
Sometimes, some things can be prevented. Just ASK.
Why ask? Because no one owes you an explanation over their actions. It's no one's responsibility to update you. It's not their business.
So, ASK.
Slowly, I am shifting my focus.
In the past, I have chosen a path where I put all my concentration on one spot. Now, I think I will go on a path that diversifies. A path that will not have to let go of something just because there is some other problem somewhere.
But, it will be hard to change a path.
Whatever. This just reminds me how wrong I was. Well well.
Today's shooting venue was Hyde Park Gate. It's right into Seletar camp area! Nice house, but the owner was around, so we could not do anything funny. The house was much smaller when compared to yesterday's. At the back of the house is the Seletar Airport, with its many planes taking off and landing.
Today's number of items was hell. So many! The amount of furniture that they have brought just do not fit into the size of house they are shooting in. Funny. Yesterday: big house, furniture a little. Today: smaller house, so many items.
And I really wonder if there's any difference in taking a bed photo with a Domicil mattress and a bed photo with a typical mattress…
Ended at around 6.30pm. This time, we were not required to go back to office. Phew. And we got onto a cab with one of the nice looking women (or rather, the only one left behind due to the need to wait for the truck), Mei Ming. No photos again, but she's married. Lol.
Got off at Paya Lebar MRT. That place looked familiar somehow, and the shirt that I brought to change was just as familiar. Lol. That Gillette world cup shirt. Wahaha… Ate LJS, and left for home, taking MRT…
Bought Tanya's t-time last night at Sembawang Music Centre at West Mall, and pre-ordered S.H.E Forever just now at JE CD-Rama. I like <<??>>. Tanya's was not bad, given the fact that I don't have many of the songs, and they are nice! Lol…
Tomorrow will be another 5am day. Wahaha… Everyday, I go out when the sky's dark, and return when the sky's dark… zzZzzz
Hmm. Woke up 5am as said. reached venue at 7. Had Mac breakfast. Wait for car. Reached venue at 8. Started setting up and moving. Slack. Stone. Called Ting to confirm that we are really working for the week. Won tennis world tournament on SE K750i. Changed dental appointment from Friday to Monday. Lunch. Slack. Stone. Pack up. Back to Gul Circle. Unload. Load. Open new box. Assemble. Time to go home.

Hmm… had to pay some other people money just because some other people owe money and haven't pay me yet. It's complicated, but somehow, the person losing out is me. Went to the ATM to withdraw money, and the machine told me that I have insufficient funds in my UOB bank account. Well done. In the end I had to hunt for a DBS/POSB ATM. Long queue. Forget it.
Yes, people don't like to pay money. but do take your own initiative to pay people back asap. Don't wait and wait till people ask for money, and you just tell them that you don't have money now, and then promise that you will pay next time, and at the same time, who knows, you may be hoping that they will forget about it.
Yes, I tend to forget how much people owe me. And when I forget, I really do not want to remember. I will just mark the person as UNRELIABLE. UNTRUSTABLE. For life.
From the way some people respond to tagboards, emails, and msn and such, you can see what type of people there are, and how much they are willing to reply to strangers. And it looks like I am not really welcomed on some tagboards that I have placed messages here and there. I can believe that some people don't really visit their own blogs or diaries, but then, this just does not seem to be the case.
Yeah, it seems better not to anticipate too much. One important lesson that I have learnt.
Never mind. Just smile to the person, laugh at myself for being a stupid fool, and move on.

Well done. Very routine. No time for other things. Just HTL everyday, and Domicil antique-look-alike furniture. Move, unpack, pack, move, etc etc etc. Quite tiring, and can be boring sometimes. But since it's an aircon warehouse, I don't mind too much. And OT was good. Day 2, we had KFC for dinner. Day 3, free lunch and a pizzahut break in the evening.

Bball just now. Less people nowadays. People not in SG, people not free, people who went MIA after saying they can make it, etc.
But the court was full of people, including a group of siao kids playing soccer. Oh well, playing soccer on a bball court. I don't really mind as long as they don't get into our way. They did. wth. And while in the air at one time, someone kicked my calf muscle… wahaha must be Linchuan. lol… nvm… still can walk.. wahaha…
Tomorrow's activity: wake up at 5am, and out of home by 6, and reach Orchard by 7.30am. I plan to go there slowly, and so, I have to wake up early. Damn early. Actually it's only a slight time difference of half an hour if I am taking MRT. I decide to sit down all the way to my destination instead of transfers here and there. And I get to alight right in front of my destination, unlike the MRT way, where I had to walk the underground maze of Orchard.
Who says trains are always better? Lol… just like today's newspaper report. It's like, I rather take bus to Suntec than take MRT, etc…
Sometimes, by observing some patterns, I can conclude how some people handle new people.
And somehow, that makes me feel that, I am an upgraded Aquarian. Lol…
