Suddenly, I felt that my tennis skill is at level 10.

It’s great when you don’t have anything else to think about, and you can just concentrate on the incoming ball, the opponent, where to hit, when to hit, how to hit, and where to move next.

Hitting the ball, is a skill. The rest, are just body reactions. Lol…

Sometimes, I am just amazed with the way I managed to hit the ball.

No. I am not a 自恋狂… Lol…

Maybe I should say, I have turned more aggressive while playing tennis.

And I hope I am not aggressive anywhere else, unnecessarily.

I am thinking, maybe I should really cut down my weight.

No. I SHALL cut down my weight.

Swim. Tennis. Maybe I should try restoring basketball too. And then, rollerblading. And then, diving. And then, and then…

I want so many things. Am I too greedy? Should I just be contented with what I have now?

Ok, here’s an update of what I did yesterday, while waiting for a reply that did not really come…

10am.

Met Hua Hui to play tennis. Saw Jonathon too. He rallied with me for a while, before Hua Hui arrived. It’s been a long time since I last played tennis with him. He plays mostly in the morning, while we often played in the afternoon due to reasons like ‘cannot wake up’, ‘too tired’, etc.

Reasons not from me anyway.

11.30am.

Someone came and claimed that he had booked the court. We decided to stop for the day. Went to the changing room to clean up and change. Into a shirt that I do not really wear that often.

11.53am.

Walked towards the bus stop at AYE. Sent. I lost track of all time from this point onwards, even though I kept looking at my phone. Ran for 197. Took it. Reached Queensway. Retrieved by racket. Walked around a bit. Nothing. Got out of Queensway.

Walked to the bus stop opposite. Saw 197. But 61 came first. I had to obey the game rule #1: take whatever bus that arrives first. Took it.

Alighted at Harbourfront MRT. Went over to Vivo. Walked aimlessly. B1. 1. 2.

Ended up at Harbourfront. Nothing. Crossed the bridge to go to the interchange. Waited for 188.

Alighted at West Coast. No answer. Went into West Coast Plaza. ‘Sponsored’ by Nike.

Answer’s no. Bought a DVD. Walked out of West Coast Plaza. Crossed the road. Bought lunch. Felt hungry, but actually could have survived without food.

Bus 143 home. The aircon’s off. Or not working. Or whatever.

I had no idea what time I was home. 3+? 4?

Played the DVD while eating lunch. The first time I felt that buying a particular DVD is a waste of my money.

That’s my afternoon.

That’s about it.

Yes. I have stopped dreaming.

I am back to earth.

Life goes on as usual.

And thank you, whoever you are.

Why is it that, I think that I am ready to fight, I feel like, I have lost, even without a fight?

Why is it that, I think that I have found something, but something has not found, or refused to be found by me?

Why is it that, I think that I am what I am, but nobody seems to realise that?

I never got to answer that question, as no one forced me to give an answer.

But maybe, I should say it… now.

I WISH to chase someone.

I HOPE to chase someone.

And I HAVE someone in mind.

Well, appeared in Orchard on a weekday. Not that crowded. Yup.

Went to Food Republic. Somehow that place looked familiar. Think I had been there years ago. Lol. Some things don’t really change… Had spicy beef noodles. Wahhaa… oh man.. had been eating spicy things for dinner. Friday was Beppu (1 chilli). Monday was tom yam ban mian. And today, spicy beef noodles. What’s next? Lol.

And I got into Ion Orchard… for the first time. Wahaha… again… first… Almost got lost walking all over the place. Bought this dango thingy. 2 flavours: black sesame and green tea. Basically, the green tea one tastes like… green tea. Yeah. PURE green tea. The type where you can still taste the bitterness in the powder. The type at certain japanese restaurants, where they used the green tea powder to make green tea. Yeah. THAT powder.

I think, if there is a cup of hot water, I could have made a cup of green tea to drink. Lol.

Ok, at least the black sesame’s not bad. Leave the better ones for the last, and one will be much happier. Wahaha! That means, eat up all the not-so-nice things first, and then eat the much-nicer things. This way, you will tend to feel more…. contented, more… 幸福… Lol!

Got a jasmine green tea too. I loved the mini pearls!! Heh.. yummy little things…

And I’ve got popcorn for tomorrow! Last time, yaohua brought white cheese popcorn to office. This time, I bought cheddar cheese and…. omg… tom yum flavour…

Wondered what they will taste like… Hmmm…

Seriously, I need a compact digital cam, to capture all these on.. er… hard disk? Lol!

Today was quite sianz in the office. Nothing much happened.

Not that I wanted anything interesting to happen anyway.

Went to Tiong Bahru Plaza for dinner (again… lol)… Then home wor…

The weather was soooooo good to sleep, that I fell asleep while watching the 10pm show just now.

I guess, I should just off my computer, read a few pages of a book, and sleep.
