Went to school early in the morning. Sat outside ECE office to prepare some crap to crap. Saw tuck leng. Lol. He met sup at 9am. Heh. And then I went in.

I did not expect myself to stay for that long.

I went in at 9.45am. I got out at 11.15am.

(I shall be copycat…) OMT!!! 1.5 hrs in there..

He was suggesting the use of state variables… ahhh… I returned them back to prof lee, now I had to dig them all out. And ben and I saw prof lee at the lab a while later. Lol.

Went for tennis at 1.30pm. Trying out my new strings for the 2nd time. The first time was yesterday, right after going to queensway for stringing with ben.

Some sidenote. We went for hotdog at ikea, and got free hamburgers and I got myself a hot fudge sundae at Mac. Heh… yummy. I walked around trying to find something that I am trying to find… Hmm.. It's not anywhere in queensway.

Ok, back to stringing. This combination of stringing for tennis is hell.

First. The colour. My Pro Hurricane Tour is yellow (it will be very suitable for the new Wilson K Pro series rackets), and Conquest is white. And so, it's yellow and white. Nice colours.

Next. The strings. Pro hurricane is really a super hard and stiff string. Conquest is a quite normal soft string, but it still seems that it is more on the stiff side. This combination of strings will actually make playing much easier, compared to a full pro hurricane stringing.

But then, it's better not to try this combination if your elbow hurts after playing for a while, or you already have elbow problems like tennis elbow etc. This string combination is quite bad for the elbow, I feel. I can feel the strain on my elbow after a while.

And also, due to the stiffness, pro hurricane tour is a very low-powered string, which means that you have to provide the power from your own swing. I find it more hard to control the ball than all my previous strings. Maybe I am noob to such strings, that's why.

So in conclusion, unless you have super elbow, or you are trying to get tennis elbow to downgrade or what, don't try this combination. Or rather, avoid pro hurricane tour for your own good. But if you like lots of spin, that string is for you. You can get really heavy topspin, if you hit correctly.

Last night, there's this girl that msn-ed me, to apologise for not replying to msn message that I have sent. Well, that was like… some time ago? Days ago maybe. I don't see the need to apologise, but since she did, well, how nice of her to do so…

If only she agreed to treat me to subway or something like that… Wahaha!!

And then, I think back…

How many times have I been frustrated over no-replies on msn. How many times have I been angry over no-replies on sms.

Are those anger and frustrations worth it?

I don't think so now. Come to think of it, why should I? No reply, then no reply lor. What to do. Lol. Sms no reply, can mean there's nothing to reply, I don't want to reply, I forget to reply, and lots of other excuses. Msn no reply, can be comp hang, never see, not at comp, accidentally press esc key, busy, and lots more.

And instead of thinking up reasons for them, I will just send things out without anticipation for any reply. That will be better. Not everyone is as eng as me to entertain me sometimes. They have no obligation to do so anyway.

And I carry with me none of the expectations that I used to flood myself with last time.

Maybe once or twice, if I have an really important thing to ask, then maybe I will try send again or nudge in msn. Otherwise, I will just forget it. Selective forgetfulness is a form of forgiveness.

Forgive, and forget. How great. Lol.

Yeah, it's like, who doesn't?

I have been reconstructing my model over and over again, trying to get at least a set of meaningful results. But then, the more I modify, the more things got out of range. It's like a little problem here and there, hiding quietly, and I cannot see it. Damn.

And everytime I think the results are ok, some suggestions will just make them useless.

And everytime I sit in lab thinking, my leg will be painful for the rest of the day.

And everytime I attempted to solve a problem, more problems arise.

And everytime I do not wish to do anything, some things will come back to haunt me.

Ok, basically, we played tennis from 10am, to.. erm… 3+pm.

Now, I can see the colours on my arms. The forearms are… erm… red… followed by the arms, which are normal colour (from swim and from wearing sleeveless shirts while playing tennis), and a nice v-shape in front of my chest!!!! Wahahah! I got v-shape!!!

Big deal.

And yes, I am still improving on my serves. I need a more reliable serve. Currently, I can ace people once in a while. Sometimes, people can return my fast serves, which is quite sian, because I cannot be in time to return back that return. Lol…

And I love that red shirt. Lol

Ok, here are the stuffs that I have bought over the past week. 1st 3 were bought at Queensway…

My 1st Adidas tennis shoes! Tirand II. It's an old model, so the price is special. Special cheap. Lol.

Nike dry-fit blue shirt! Nice nice!

And then, I found the red one upstairs…

Wahhaa… and then… next, at JP, after watching Cloverfield with law, I saw this…

And then, one fine day at IMM, I saw this dark coloured cap, that was of the same design as the blue one that I had…

Under light, they look like this…

The blue one should have the same effect as the darker one, but then, due to old age, the paint dropped off… aw… you can actually see where the paint has gone missing. Erm.. I think I did use my finger nails to scrap some off, last time, because there seemed to be some dirt on it… opps…

Er… all the shopping has something to do with tennis? Not really. Those things can be used anytime actually. That shoes are for replacing my going-to-chui-soon Adidas Barracks (a cross-trainer that has served me extremely well for tennis so far). These shirts are to add to my variety of shirts (as if). The extra cap is for fun. Wahaha! (Actually, it's so that I won't look like spider man when I wear the red shirt for tennis) Bleahh..

Ok… that's all for now. I bought slippers on Saturday too. Cheap cheap $3, and I think it will be able to survive at least ONE trip to NUS ba. Lol… ( I still owe people money wor… must remember… Wahaha)

Something that is lacking in me is that, I can't seem to correctly write out lyrics with certain feelings that I hope to bring across. I have attempted to bring across lyrics of love, of hate, of disappointment, of sadness, of despair, of happiness…

I failed in all of them. I think my chinese is just not powerful enough.

But never mind. I shall continue my quest. Maybe one fine day… I will write out something beautiful and meaningful. Something that will really reflect the true feelings that I want to bring across. Something that will really make one's hair stand while reading it, thinking that it is so close, so close to what they have experienced.

That is the goal.

I have to rewrite this. Some thing just happened, and my IE shutted down. And I haven't upgrade my code to support auto saving and restore. Damn.. Lol…

Anyway, woke up at 6am. Went out by 6.40am. Took 176, switched to 52, and ended up at Maju Camp by 7.30am. Saw a few familiar faces today. Jiawei was one of them. Lol. There was another css guy… saw before, but just never talk kind. Then there's 2 familiar faces, from 3DA. One was one of the new drivers that we had orientated just before we ORDed. Er… he looked familiar, and I just could not remember, and so, I asked him lor. Dunno, so must ask mah… ask liao and get the correct information, instead of just guessing. Ask, and you shall be answered. Lol.

Indirect or direct, it depends on the person replying you, of course.

Ok back to IPPT. Took the 4 stations as recommended. This was the best score that I had ever gotten. 0 points. Damn.

I even failed shuttle run. Cannot bend too much, how the hell can I stretch? Lol. And I even did 18 situps. After that, the siao pain remained with me all the way to NUS.

Got out after 'clearing' the 4 stations. Took 184 to Clementi. Saw my mum topping up ez-link at the transitlink counter. Lol. Went to NTUC to buy drinks, and then buy another winter melon tea, and some yummies, before I took 96 to school.

As I was really early, I took my own sweet time putting on the new overgrip onto the Yonex racket. Now it felt slightly better than last time. Lol.

Played tennis. And played tennis. And played tennis. Ate down that emergency pill that I carried with me. I did not know if it was the running around, or the pill's effects, but the pain was gone after a while. Lol. But I guess I will still bring 1 pill with me wherever I go, just in case.

Went to mac for lunch. And then we took 97 to JE. Shopped shopped. Jalan jalan. Drink drink. Walk walk. And then I went to law's area to cut hair. And then back to JE to buy dinner, and then… back home, where else? Lol…

That's 1 Saturday… I will considered it to be a great Saturday…

Last night's sky was…. very niceeeee….

1 big moon. Lots of visible stars. So niceee… I was looking at the moon while waiting for the bus at JE library. I was looking at the moon while on the bus. I was looking at the stars and moon while walking back from the busstop. Wahhh…

It just feels good to look at the dark sky above… Like there's some kind of mysterious power flowing… So soothing, so cooling, so… er… enchanting? Lol…

Ok more about yesterday. While on bus 30 to JP, there's this girl that got up the bus somewhere along Taman Jurong, and her calls were like… one after another non-stop. Lol Super busy girl eh? Looks like it's some kind of a 'major outing' thing. Wahaha…

Today is Friday!!!!! Ahhhh!!!!

Just came home from JP, after watching Cloverfield with law.

Ok la the movie. An interesting way to film. If you haven't watch it, and are thinking of watching, please don't sit too front. Everything else is ok.

And I shall not say anything much about the storyline.

Went to library, and then back to JP. Found Shirt #3. Heh. I think I will need some pants and shorts, but the shorts I saw was like… erm… $$$$$…

Was planning to look for another thing, but I guess, I shall try looking for it another day. JP… not much such stuff actually. Lol…

Hmmm… see how lor… I am in a got-money-can-spend-so-i-shop-like-crazy-kind-of-mood.

Sent out various smses… and only xinli's around for lunch! Lol… and she found yingfong too! And so, we 3 went for lunch lor… So many people at the canteen! Spent some time looking around before finding ourselves seats, before the most late person arrived…

Eh saw quite a number of people around lor. Saw li chao, saw mervin and siyong and grace lau, saw sim chuan and gf, saw many many others! Lol! Lunch time…. everyone eats at 12pm? So punctual?

After makan, we went to hi-5 lionel! And each of us got some yummy snacks and keychains!

Don't know why, but everytime I talked to lionel, we talk like dunno how many thousand years never meet like that. Lol! He's 1 busy guy lor…????? and coffee bean… ooOooo…
