Today was bball day. And how many matches did we play? 3. Max. 3.

It started to rain during our third match. It rained slightly heavier as we were leaving. And by the time we reached Teban, the rain had somewhat stopped.

Yes, I will want to say again. I love the rain. So shiok…

But today was quite bad. The bball liked me so much that it decided to 'kiss' me, leaving me with an injured inner lower lip. Ouch. This time was much worse than previous occasions. The skin peeled a bit, and it still hurts when I drink water, and it hurts even more when I try to drink something hot. I wonder how am I going to eat tomorrow. Aw… I guess, just sandwiches. And most probably a cold drink. No hot drinks in school for now, unless necessary.

Luckily I have no one to kiss. Wahahha!!!

Tomorrow's the fifth anniversary of 911. Oh well. 5 years. So fast. When it happened, I was somehow studying for some exams, and we had some strange thoughts about our papers flying here and there, and got lost in the air, and somehow, we had to repeat the year, etc… crap lor. Anyway, 5 years down the road, and people still remember. So unforgetable.

And the IMF meeting will be an interesting one. Let's look around and see what will happen in SG. Recent news has a report about this guy wanting to have a outdoor rally, etc… Read the report from CNA. It's quite interesting… Hmm…

Tomorrow's Monday…. back to square one.

Just figured out how to play with Timer 0, and my programming board refused to initialise, and I could not test out my program! Argh!! Ok, it's either something wrong with the board, or there's something wrong with my Comm Port.

Maybe, I should spend some money and get that USB port to test it out too. Hmm…

But for now, maybe I will go to the lab tomorrow, and try to figure out if it's the board's fault. Sianz. If it's the board's fault, then I will have to get it replaced…. Hmm…

It looked like I am spending quite an amount of time to figure out many things. Isn't that fun? Lol. After this project, who knows, I may be buying some chip and play with circuits myself, and come up with something really useful, and sell them to the next batch of EE2001 module-takers. Wahahhaa!!

That's provided that I am able to clear this module first. I am confident of it anyway. So far, EE2006 and EE2007 were some of my favourite modules. And now, EE2001 is in the list. Why? Because there's no restriction! Yay! No tests, no exams, only deadlines, deadlines, and deadlines!

And regarding EG1415, well well, Some strange thing happened, and somehow the groupings got a bit of changes, and somehow we had to accept it. What to do. Well well. The tutor was quite interesting and kept talking about transport-related stuff. Anyway, we will see him in lecture later.

We had our very first experiment lab on Wednesday! Haha… Basically it's an easy experiment, but the explanations really baffled us. Till now, I still do not know the answer. Maybe, some time later, the answer will be out. HOPEFULLY. Lol.

I am starting to get lost in the world of EE3101, but I guess I will catch up sooner or later. For now, I have to put more time into a 5-MC module. I have to settle that part first.

I shall try my best this sem. Up the CAPs. That's the way I want it. These are the modules that I have chosen to take, not forced to take. I should be happy that I am given a choice.

Argh…. The programming board is still not working!!!! Ok then, time to stop work. Lol…

Yeah! Great weather today!

Went for bball after weeks of no-ball-weekends. Great games here and there, and there's only 1 problem with me now: sprained right thumb. It still hurts, but then, I can still type here and there, and hold a pen, so, it's not much of a problem.

Today's session lasted till 6.30pm. Shiok ar!!!

Oh well… it's sleeping time soon…

New layout was never ready. I have not think of any, except for shifting the tagboard and links here and there, and I am still thinking if I should use drop-down menus once again…. haiz…

Somehow, I remembered typing the previous sentence some back back in July.

But anyway, I should be sticking to this dark-blue-fading-to-lighter-blue background. That's the night sky. And what will be under the night sky? I shall think about it next time. But one thing for sure, falling leaves on a night sky looks strange… Maybe I should put up some twinkling stars, randomly appearing all over the page. That will require a bit of research. Actually it's simple, but then, I will have to create a few delayed blinking stars, or else the whole page of stars will blink at the same time! Oh well… Or maybe I should just bring back my Flash stars with an occasional shooting stars…

Spent the whole day thinking of 2001 ideas and implementations. Thought of a few, drawn out a plan, and hopefully it will work. Basically I was like trial and error, with little idea regarding what to do. Currently, it's like combining 2006 and 2007 together for a 2001 project. My 2005 was not that strong, and so, I am trying hard not to touch on anything MOSFETs and BJTs. Lol.

Basically, today was a stay-home day. No where to go, no one to ask out, and even if ask, also will be no one, so just save my breath for other things. Don't say I am pessimistic. It's the way I have been "treated" over the years, which resulted in this kind of feeling.

Don't you think it's a sad thing, when you feel for the whole world, and no one knows you ever existed?

No, it's not about getting rewards, I don't give a damn about that. It's just a sad thing when happy things don't go to you even when you have tried your best, and only bad, unhappy, troublesome things come knocking on the door.

Sometimes, it can be interesting to see how people jump to conclusions about certain things. You won't know if you are to feel happy or disappointed. The best is, don't let it affect you.

And for today, I met almost all people! Cq, fen and joan at the pc cluster, jh at ea 1st floor, ben for project things, ed for lecture. Only wm and jr were missing. Lol. Grace ponned… Hmm…

Met cq at the pc cluster after lunch. Didn't notice that she was behind us, until I turned my head several times, then I realised that that's her. Lol…

Stoned in school for a while before going home to avoid the evening rush and crowded buses. Joan and fen were at the pc cluster for a few minutes. I left at 7pm, and saw jh at ea, waiting for her transport home…

Aw… transport, what a sad topic. Lol. Never mind.

Suddenly, this weekend, I have lots of things to do. But then, no stress. Have to relax. Stone is good. So is bball, swim, pool, and sleep.

I have been missing lots of bballing for this month. Not that I missed, it's just that there are too many events happening on Sundays. Rain, CSS, Philips Cup, runs, marathons, etc etc etc.

The only time I have touched my bball this month: Monday, a shooting session with Herzberg. That's all.

Swim? I have not stepped into the pool since last Tuesday.

Pool was last Friday.

Sleep is everyday! And so, sleep rules!! Wahaha crap…

Today's rain was very heavy! But that's not my mood.

Not anymore.

I did enjoy the rain. It's like staring out of the bus window and seeing nothing except for water flowing down the window, like a waterfall. Suntec City looked so blur. So did Kallang River. And with an occasional drop of water from the leaking ceiling, the bus trip to Tampines was great. I was reading 3505, 3101, and even drawing plans for 2001 on the bus!

Great weather for great ideas.

Went over to find Mandy! Oooo… next week she will be on leave. Hee… baby's coming soon! Jingle bells jingle bells, baby' gonna come to town… duhz…

And ofcourse, I collected my stuff.

Whenever I walked around TM, I have nothing much to buy. I wondered why, but I just don't feel like getting anything from that place. Why? Don't know… Oh well.

Went home after that, because someone said raining and could not come out. Hmm. Thought of getting of at Simei to go to NTUC to see-see, but no… lol home it would be.

Alright, 1 less person for 3101. While Grace and I were stoning in LT5, Ben was playing Tennis with Lionel in the really shiok weather!!! Ahhh!!! 3101 was as usual. I understood, and yet I did not understand. Strange feeling.

And that's the same for 3601 too. Lol. Understand, and don't understand. Never mind. I am often in the middle.

Went to find Ben and Lionel at the tennis court, and then to Subway for lunch. Yummy. Saw Gary. Lol CS1101C Gary. Oh well he even waved and smiled at me (should be me ba. There's practically no one behind me, at least none I can see at that time). Wahaha.. waved and smiled back. Friendly….

Ok, now I remembered something…

Went to hunt for Grace's thumbdrive at comp centre after 3601 lecture, and now she owes me and Ben an ex ex ex ex meal (yeah, in exchange for the thumbdrive). Went over to sports bazaar, and I wondered where the hell are the sports equipment?! I can't use a snorkel goggle for swimming pool?! Duhz.

Sports Bazaar? Looked more like a girls stuff bazaar to me.

Read some interesting things on some blog. Wahaha… Sometimes, things do happen. Some people just have to learn the hard way, don't they?

Attended the Matlab course on Thursday and Friday. Abit of a time-waster. The tutor was like mumbling all the way, and it's like a bullet train! At first it was ok, and then, as the course continued, you can see people watching webcasts, printing and reading notes, msn-ing, emailing, and all such things, except matlabbing.

Matlabbing… is there such a term? Lol never mind, I start 1.

Basically, the notes contained all the necessary things. There's no need to attend the total 4 hours of tutoring.

After lectures ended at 6 on Friday, I stayed in school for a while. Some were eating dinner, but I thought I had dinner at home, so I did not eat. Upon reaching JE, then I was told that there's no dinner! Ahhhh! In the end I had to buy food home…. aw…

Nothing much on Saturday as usual. It's boring. No one to go out with, no place to go, therefore, no mood to go anywhere.

Ask people to go out? You think it's that easy? Who do you think I am?

I have given up asking people out. I have also given up accepting people's invites. Sometimes, invitations do need a brain.

I guess I don't have one for such things. Lol…

2. I was already fat. Lol…
3. I got used to new friends and new school and new uniform…
4. I got rejected by NCC, accepted by them, and missed the medial checkup, and thus, I could not join. Damn.
5. I sang 'la la la la la' in almost the same tunes, just to make sure that I would not end up in choir during the compulsory male audition.

1. Age 23 – 5 = 18. SAJC. I was mugging like crazy for the As. Not mugging actually. Could say slacking. Lol
2. I was able to shame some by doing more pullups than people who were obviously lighter than me. Huat ah. I love Mrs Teo! Wahaha I was somehow, quite looking forward to NS at the end of December
3. I managed to slack through CCA: Computer Club, where I did virtually nothing. Lol. Sorry Mr Yit… I just could not do anything without permissions! Hee…
4. Enjoyed every PE lesson, where almost all the guys would come together for street soccer after the lesson!
5. Actually enjoyed chapel sessions. Lol. I wondered why people hate them… Hmm.. it's fun actually. Nice hymns, guitars, occasional rock… lol.
