Things I Don't Like on MSN

• Being the only one online. There's no one else. I am sure there are people online here and there. Hiding. Appear offline. Bad. It's bad…
• But then, it beats talking to a wall. Appear offline is better than faking away (and who knows when it is a true/false away).
• People talking to you, and then offline without warning. No news after that. The problem is, they start talking first.

Heh. But what can I do about these people? How they behave is their problem. I have no right to correct these things.

They want to hide? Their problem. They want to be away? Their problem. They offline? Good lor.

Went swimming in the morning with Ruifu. Shiok ar… even though we had to share the goggles. He did not bring!!! Duhz…

And I just got home 15 minutes ago from the East. Had a mini ECE gathering/dinner/games (+Fen for dinner) as a little farewell dinner for Joan and Grace. One will be going to eat kimchi for about 5 mths, and the other will be going to trinken Erdinger Bier für Abendessen… Lol…

Oh well… this sem is going to become more boring. It's already very quiet… Hmm… will miss you all leh…

Played some stupid games at Settlers' Cafe. They introduced this siao Dung game which was sooooo stupid and tiring, we gave up playing it. Duhz… Lallala…

Took a ride on Edwin's car to a more central area, together with Grace and Emmanuel. Edwin dropped me and Emmanuel somewhere near HCI. We shared a cab from there. As usual. Usually, there's 1 more person ( the other's currently in UK) to share the cab with, but then, she's disappeared after dinner, so…. like that lor… Lol…

Stone Grill Evaluation

Jiahui, Ben and I shared 2 soups which tasted like diluted tomato sauce for pasta with frozen (and not too fresh) prawns, squid and mussels added in. Bad… I have to say it's bad. No chance given.

One interesting thing is the usage of the piece from stone (polished stone, which somehow looked like graphite/ marble type) for cooking the piece of meat. Yes, no extra oil added. Really, the chicken tasted far more better than the beef! Lol… Ok, it's edible. Quite similar to what you will get from Pepper Lunch, except that there's less veggies, and a flab of stone instead of a hot plate.

Encounter of the Day

Met Zhaobao at West Mall. He was jalan-ing around, and happened to see Ruifu and me at the Giordano siao sale area. Looked like he's fine. He had a test on Monday, on the first day of part 2 of the sem. Good luck to him.

Surprise of the Day

Surprise, or "surprise"? Some people are really bad at lying, even over the phone! I have said before that I do advanced evaluation of events before they actually happen… And so I got an Adidas bag as a bday present! Thanks to all!! Love ya lots. *muacks* wahahaha!!

It's getting cold in here… brrr….

Anyway, the bag's big, and I know it's not cheap, so, really, thanks arh… Think I can use it on a tennis day or what… Hmm… somehow I will find a use, I am sure. =)

Good things…

Went for dental yesterday morning. My appointment was at 11.15am, but I was really early. Therefore, I actually managed to get out of NUH before 11.15am. Wahaha… It's rare that such things happen. Sometime,s I will have to wait for a while longer…

Average Things…

The dental people somehow lost my appointment card, and I got a new one. Oh well. Not my fault… Maybe they liked my appointment card too much, and wanted to bring it home or what… duhz…

Waited at Bukit Batok MRT station for my mum. Zzzzzzzz… I needed her IC and signature for Singtel.

Bad Things…

Hello!@West Mall. In time: 1215pm. Out time: 1340pm. Total time: 1hr 25min.

1215pm: Joined the queue to get a queue number.

1225pm: Got the queue number. Joined the queue to customer service. Current number was 5030. My number was 5045.

1315pm: Number reached. Blah blah blah, looked at phones, plans, dates, ideas here and there, and sat there, waiting for him to type here and there…

1335pm: Done with typing. Signed. Completed.

1340pm: Out of shop.

Bought some things here and there, and went home.

Things to remember when you are visiting a Hello!Shop:

1. Bring something along. I think I can even finish doing a tuturial there if I have brought any. Listen to mp3. Do whatever, except staring at the queue number.
2. Bring someone along. Waiting is boring, so sabo your friends into waiting with you.
3. Make sure you are really free. For working people, please apply leave. Asking for off time is NOT ENOUGH. Who knows what kinds of people are in the queue who are so curious and want to know more about how Singtel, Singnet, or even phones, work? For students, visit only when you decided to pon lesson, there's no lesson, or you are having a term break.
4. Eat before visiting the shop is definitely NOT NECESSARY. After getting the number, you can always go and have a bite (no need fastfood, even restaurant is possible) and back, and it's not even your number yet.
5. Bored? Walk around the shop and try to identify all babes, uncles, aunties, children, gays, lesbians, blah blah…
6. Bored still? Play with all the mobile phones on display, and all the touch screens you can find.
7. Bored still? Walk in and out of the shop, and see how the glass door slides in and out as you walk past.
8. Still very bored? Sit down and stare at the queue number.

Went to school in the morning to play tennis! Anyway, did not really play much today, therefore, when the people were screaming about being tired, I was trying hard not to say that I was not, because I was practising with Grace, or rather, helping Grace in her practice. Lol… Quite relax la, except for chasing after balls….Wahahaha…

And I was very precise today! Ben was teaching Grace some things, and I, from the opposite side, managed to hit the ball right onto Grace's head! I was like, wow, who can actually do that???? Felt damn pro leh…. lol

Wahaha…. ok ok… in case Grace starts to curse me… better apologise…. Sorry la, hor? ???????…

Lionel #1 went off for movie at Cine. Follow The Law. Actually I wanted to watch that too. See how… While I was talking on the phone with some HSBC people, Grace ran away, and after awhile, we stopped playing and went for lunch at Mac. Lol… crapped a bit there with Benjamin, Benedict and Lionel #2. Ok la… interesting topics. More tennis information. I wonder if I should ever start diving deep into tennis theory and technical aspects.

There's one thing that I think I should believe in: It is the player that makes a racket great, and not the other way round. Therefore, I don't foresee myself paying lots of money for a racket any time in the near future. I am still a beginner, and I think my current racket is sufficient in finishing Ben off now and then…

If you believe that your racket is good, you tend to play better. It's a complex relationship. Lol…

After Mac, Lionel #2 and I went to take 188. I alighted at IMM, and basically rot there till 3.45pm, waiting for Ruifu. Gone online and use mobile ebuddy, Ok la… but then.. quite sianz also.. and so, logged out, and basically rot infront of Sweettalk. Not that there's pretty babes there, but there's place to sit there….

Bought shirts from Giordano… Lol… Aye… 3 for $39. Ruifu got 1, and I got 2. Yay. Lol… Add another colour into my colours list: Dark green.

Bought some siao stuffs from Giant, and that's it! Tada! End of shopping! Lol…

Tomorrow? NUH… get Angbao from Dr Ong… Wahaha.. as if… I think he's not married yet.. hmm.. dunno la… I am not interested in guys anyway… wahahaa!!!

Crap…

Just reached home, after a midnight show. Watched "Protege". Hmmm.. it's about drugs and stuff like that. Quite an ok show. Anyway, while people were watching it at $9.50, we all watched it at $8 due to Safra card. Finally, some interesting places where I can use that card before it expires next month.

We bought the tickets at 9.30pm, and went back to West Coast RC for pool. After that, we went to Mac@West Coast Park before heading to Vivocity. So many people watching midnight show. They also did not have any other better things to do. Wahaha…

On our way out of Vivo, we saw a few seemingly drunk ducks from St. James. Wahahahaa… Why would people drink until that level? Hmm… drinking that shiok meh? I don't think so.

Maybe, drinking is part of growing up. You won't know the effects of alcohol on you, until you have really experienced it.

We went to Bukit Timah for prata once again. It seemed like breakfast to me. Wahahaa…. And then home…

Currently, I am wondering if I should sleep. Hmm… See how. Wahaha…

Went to Serangoon North in the morning. CNY visiting. My uncle. Heh.. one of the usual places that I have to go every year. Quite ok la that place. Took taxi there, and then bus back home. Slept almost throughout the journey of 165. The aircon was super cooling, and it's just nice…. *yawns*

Yeah lor. That's about all I have to update for now. Ok, I think I should sleep a bit…

Anyway, I maintained my 'no-canvas-on-rainy-days' policy, and it turned out great! It rained on my way home. Yay… Lol…

Omg my cousin's daughters are getting more and more chio as they grow up! Wahhh… *eye candy* wahahaa… no no… no pictures to see! I am not very close to any of my cousins, let alone their sons and daughters. But then… still… wow… lol…

And somehow that applies to my aunt's daughter too… oh well…

Got yummy meatrolls and chilli sauce from my grandma. She makes the world's most yummy meatrolls and chilli sauce!!! Woooo…. Lol… No photos, because I have eaten them up…

About angbaos? The usual ones here and there. I don't even bother to open them up. Maybe later. Or maybe 1 week later. See how. After so many years collecting angbaos, it's like a routine rather than an exciting activity. Cousins too old, cousins' children are around 8-10 years younger than me, blah blah blah…

My existance (or inexistance) is not going to affect them too much. Lol…

Anyway, it's another stoning night! Just finished looking through FNA assignment, and think that it's quite do-able. If I am really too free, then maybe I will watch webcast…
