Here comes my Photocard Licence…

My mom came home today and found this little card asking us to go collect a registered mail from the post office. And yes, it's my driving license! So fast. So efficient. Only 1 week has passed, and my permit to drive on the roads is ready! Can't wait to see the card (not the photo on it. I looked awful in that picture due to insufficient sleep… but anyway, it's mine!) One more card to add into my wallet…

I was thinking whether I should carry on to learn Class 2B. I think my parents will disapprove of this due to the risks involved, but I did have some moving off and stopping skills with the bike (learnt once… somewhere.. :X). Should I? Maybe… perhaps not so soon… It could be never also.

Finally, my room light's cool daylight! I bought another PLC bulb again yesterday. Really bright, for a 18W bulb…

Added one new pic. This was taken when we went to Sembawang Shopping Centre to explore. Jianliang found out that some kind soul had already given us a headstart by paying a quarter of the price, and we just had to pay the remaining $3. The date for the machine was wrong! This was also the day when I was pestered (maybe too strong a word..) by an old lady to buy honey. I did not have enough money with me, and I had to tell her that continuously before I managed to escape. Not that I did not want to buy, but I was really broke that day…

Ok, back to today's work. 2WO Tony gave us a really nice job: to let the new drivers practise on guiding and parking the vehicle. Some were fast learners, while a few should be able to catch up soon. 4 drivers had gone to Sungei Gedong for their M113 Course, which means that on Monday, we will have 8 drivers (including the 1 from 6/9DA BN) to orientate. 8 Drivers. 4 V200s. Gonna be fun… I've already brought in another pair of my sunshades for the orientation…

I might be preparing my computer for some extra functions soon. Perhaps bluetooth ready. I might need that soon… I might even consider upgrading to SingNet Broadband Unlimited, or switch to Starhub(highly unlikely!!). I want WI-FI…

Watched Passion Of The Christ with 2 other friends just now. The others either had other things to do or were not that interested with these movies with a religious genre.

We were dismissed at 6, and the show that we wanted to catch was at 7.15pm! We changed quickly and got out of camp within 15 minutes. Luckily, we managed to reach around 7, and there were some more seats available too. Watched the whole show. The scenes were great, especially the part where Jesus was tortured before he was crucified. The wounds looked so real, and you can see the opening of the skin when that whip or whatever thing went hitting on him… Gruesome sight.

The whole film was in roman language though… We had to rely on the subtitles, although I roughly remembered the storyline from 1 of the clips I watched while in SAJC…

We carried on our plans to explore all the shopping malls along the north-south line. We decided to pay Novena Square a visit despite negative comments. While on the MRT, I realised that we have actually missed out Junction 8! Next time maybe…

Novena Square really has nothing much. Most of the shops close at quite an early time! Some of them were about to or already closed by the time we reached there, which was around 7pm. We walked around, looking mainly at those restaurants… So there's a Fish And Co branch also… In the end, we had our dinner at Long John Silver's instead…

Bought some straws for one of my many projects. Tested one. Looks OK to me… But that's only phase 1…

CO's Parade tomorrow. Have to wake up early. Good Friday coming soon. I wondered what should I do on that day?

What has happened…

I wondered why, but sometimes, I really feel that I do not have any confidence to voice out anything. Perhaps I am just afraid of the consequences… I think too much of the reactions and feelings of others. I do not want to disturb the peace. Although I have hoped for improvement, I do not dare to do anything much as one wrong action could lead to a disaster. I do not want that to happen. But on the other hand, I don't want to keep quiet now and regret later. I really do not want this kind of result also…

I still remember the phrase that I had somewhere: Say it out. It feels lighter that way. But the problem now is, how do I say it, when do I say it, and what will happen after that?

Argh…

Alright. Last day of my holiday at home. Got to book in tonight.

Time passes fast. Money spends fast. Energy drains fast. Good memories don't last. Bad things always come rush… what am I talking…

Somehow, I am not me today. I don't know what I am doing. I am not sure what I want to do. I just waste the time away.

Did some internal changes at ELove today. Last night's problem has been solved by Emmanuel! Thanks! I accidentally go make some changes to the subdomain listing, and my mail server was out for quite some time…

I am bringing back the new goggles that I have just bought. I think I will go swimming in camp. I also need to bring back my bed sheets, my No.4, No. 3, shirts and shorts, socks, and that tube of shuttlecock to be returned to Ah Goh! So many things… damn heavy…

Tried to make some midi ring tones, but failed. Tried playing Canon in D using my keyboard, but I found out that I have not even learnt finish the intro part! Haha… still have a long way to go…

I wondered if there's anyone who could teach me some basic piano… lol

In the next few weeks/months, Chaos Blue will be no more.

I have decided to change my whole design once again. No more chaotic me. I want something peaceful. Something that's really me. Something I like.

Perhaps I should revamp the whole site into my online studio. Just making plans for the future. Studio that specialises in what, I don't know… Just a thought.

Tried playing Pirates Of The Caribbean DVD on my computer. My computer actually lagged! Is it because of the drive, or the RAM, or the CPU itself, I am not sure, but I am sure of one thing. I pressed STOP after 5 minutes watching the lagging scenes and the sound with some noise…

I don't know, but why do I have this feeling that I will be upgrading my computer again? No stop it. I can't. I don't want to. Not now. Unless something inside goes wrong.

I think that this computer will be able to last another 1 year or so, but I am sure I am going to do something about that DVD drive. Maybe sell it or what… or maybe try another configuration…

1 week has passed so quickly. I have not finish doing all my things. I don't know why, but I don't seem to do anything much at home. Yeah, I did went out, but without any much aims or goals or destinations. I go where my mind wants me to. Bad…

Time for another change…

Today was a day full of activities for me. I spent one whole morning with Victor at the JE swimming complex. No matter how I swam, I didn't feel very tired. Maybe it's because one of my burdens was gone?

After that, we went back to CSS! It has been 10 months since I last went back. Things changed quite a lot. Teachers got married, teachers got children, teachers gone… Miss Chloe Yong became Mrs Chloe Png, Ms Tan Sai Hong became Mrs Leong Sai Hong, and more importantly, Mr Leong has a babay boy who is already 20 months old!

As for the school, there were some upgrading here and there. 1 notable point was the security level. We had to sign in as visitors, and the staff rooms and HOD rooms require a smart card to open the door! I wonder what will happen if there is a power failure… Hopefully they had a backup power supply?

Surprise, surprise. We found that Mr Leong had moved from 3rd level to 1st level! He had became HOD Maths! Wow… We spent some time talking to him, about NS, about school, about all sorts of things, and heard about his NS life, what he and his platoon mates did in order to escape training and all that. It was interesting.

Yes, teachers will be always there to help, even when you are already out of the school. I still find those teachers friendly. They gave a smile, said 'hi'(and of course, we greeted them back) and all that. But they looked quite busy, given the speed that they were walking (Mrs Png an exception? She was always walking so fast during our time…). We only managed to talk to Mr Leong as he was downstairs and had opened the HOD room door when we were about to look for him. Think he had became bigger horizontally… lol

Later, we had lunch at the now-called cafeteria. Rarely I had this chance to have rice at $1.60. The drink store auntie somehow remembered us and asked us some questions… and of course we won't forget her. We spent 4 years buying drinks from her!

Went back home for a while. After that, I went out again! Somehow, I missed the bus, and I was about 5 minutes late to meeting Xinli at Bugis! I did messaged her about my being late… 😛 I had volunteered myself last night to bring her to Sim Lim Square to choose a pair of speakers for her computer. And yes, she bought her things, and strangly, I had nothing to buy this time round! Or is it that I had already spent too much last month, and my mind instantly switched off my spending instincts? -lol-

Busy day today. Busy day tomorrow too. I have to go to 光明山 to 扫墓. 清明节到了。

And latest news given to me was that there will be a CO's Parade this coming Wednesday, and there's a battalion run this Tuesday! Looks like I have took the wrong week off?

Woke up at 0530! Went out at 0600! Reached Eunos at 0715! It's like booking in to camp if I stay out…

I got into Richard's car, started the engine, and began my journey towards KUTC (Kampong Ubi Test Centre). I spent 1 hour in the driving circuit as a warm up before my test at 0915. All was well.

After that lesson, I went to buy a can of Aloe-V apple. After that, I went in to sit at the waiting area. Not much anxiety. Saw some pretty ladies too…

The ballot started. I was given Route 6, the route which goes all the way along Eunos Link and towards Eunos MRT station for a U-turn. I don't like that place as I need to keep right as fast as possible due to a lot of vehicles along that stretch of road. Nothing went wrong in the circuit, and I was out of the test centre within 15 minutes.

I followed all the tester's instructions, made all the necessary turns, and by 10, I was back. I was quite lucky over at the U-turn. I managed to keep right, made the U-turn, and keep left.

After we get back to the test centre, I followed the tester into his office. He nearly 'K'ed me for the PDL. Richard placed someone else's PDL together with mine! He was trying to 'psycho' the tester into believing that that was my third test! Bad… I know nothing about that. Later, the tester briefed me about my mistakes. Below are my mistakes:
1) Emergency Stop – Incorrect technique(2) – I always forget the correct way: brake before clutching in. I always did the opposite, which is incorrect.
2) Forward Driving – change lane abruptly(4) – I always have the tendency to pull my steering wheel too much when changing lanes. Dangerous. Maybe I thought I am a taxi driver or what…
3) Forward Driving – fail to use appropriate gear – this one is a stupid mistake. Moved off on second gear! That was during the E-brake test….

Total points was 8. After that, all the passers were required to watch the safety video before we were allowed to apply for our QDL. I noticed that all but 1 of the pretty ladies had not make it. The malay ladies also passed. Some of the guys had gone too. Should have talked to the pretty lady… -lol- but she sat quite a distance from me? In the end, I talked to this malay guy who sat next to me. He was also a first time passer. Lucky guy with 18 points. Born in 1985. Young guy.

After I applied for the QDL, I went home. I have no more worries, for now.

In the afternoon, I was so bored that I went out to JP for some shopping. Bought a new swimming trunks and a swimming goggles. Bought a tube of shuttlecock to return to Ah Goh also. At the sports shop (I won't say the shop name. It's in JP, 3rd floor), I wondered what was the meaning of 'sales girl' or 'attendent'. They knew nothing about what they are selling! Bad… customer service point? 1!

Next, I went down to the DIY store at the basement. Bought some pipes and accessories for fixing that sink. Found out that the prices there were far more than the shops at IMM or Woodlands! No discount card also! : (

After that, I went to Victor's house to help fix his starhub connection. Funny problem. I also don't understand what I am doing when suddenly, his connection using WIFI worked! Miracle maybe…

I don't know why, but I have been helping people with their computers for some time now. I am getting more experience as time passes. Those will help.

Went for my driving lesson this morning. I was a few minutes late! Expected. I knew it when I stepped out of my house door. Luckily all the traffic was so smooth, except for the MRT part…

I think that all those couples should take MRT together. With them around, I think the train will be able to carry more people. Why? Couples can hug each other, thus reducing the area occupied and therefore, opening up more spaces for more people. And one more thing: they can support each other when there’s nothing to hold on to when the train is moving….

Hahaha… crap…

Went over to the D.I.Y shop at Causeway Point to buy some lighting stuff. Mad right? Travelling all the way from Eunos to Woodlands, and from Woodlands back to Jurong East. One big round. But I got what I wanted, and they are currently up on my ceiling.

I came home around noon and hooked up my new PLC ceiling lighting! Strange, but the type of light should be cool daylight, but I don’t feel cool. It’s a bit warm actually, and the light given off is the same as the warm light I bought today… Have to check it out.

And now, what is PLC? It’s the fluorescent light bulb with that special clip-on holder. It looks a bit like some of those energy-saving light bulbs, except that the connections are different, and it requires a transformer. No, it does not require a starter, unlike those usual ring lights and tubes. Perhaps it’s built-in on the light bulb?

I had finished my lyrics. Can’t think of any tunes now. The song title will be 想着你. Who am I thinking about? Hmm… I dunno…

Tomorrow’s April Fool’s Day! Will I be fooled by the tester?

Ok, let’s hope I will pass tomorrow. I know I can… 要冷静。不要太过在意那个考官。他只是我的乘客。我必须安全地把他带到他所要去的地方。

其实，我一直以来都很少给自己太多压力。失败乃成功之母。所以，我知道，这一次不行，还有下一次。天下无难事，只怕有心人嘛。这是我一向来的作风，这次也不例外。。。
