Watched Passion Of The Christ with 2 other friends just now. The others either had other things to do or were not that interested with these movies with a religious genre.
We were dismissed at 6, and the show that we wanted to catch was at 7.15pm! We changed quickly and got out of camp within 15 minutes. Luckily, we managed to reach around 7, and there were some more seats available too. Watched the whole show. The scenes were great, especially the part where Jesus was tortured before he was crucified. The wounds looked so real, and you can see the opening of the skin when that whip or whatever thing went hitting on him… Gruesome sight.
The whole film was in roman language though… We had to rely on the subtitles, although I roughly remembered the storyline from 1 of the clips I watched while in SAJC…
