Went to have an a-la-carte buffet dinner at River City Restaurant at Excelsior Hotel, which was located beside Funan The IT Mall. The 6 of us paid around $24 each for the meal, which we all thought was an acceptable price, looking at all the stuffs that we had eaten. We almost could not walk! Can you imagine how much we all ate??
Yes, I do recommend this restaurant if you are interested in a-la-carte, eat-till-you-siao buffet. Nice place, but it's just a bit too hidden from outside.
