It has failed so many times that, you just hope that previously, you have not tried to ask before.<\/p>\n

Christmas gift exchange this year was at a higher level in terms of people involved. LOL. I mean, in quantity. Well, it should have more though. Some left. Some did not join in. Etc etc etc.<\/p>\n
It seems like, we are not really in line with our objectives sometimes eh? As a team…<\/p>\n
I see such events as team events. If people are missing, it can mean a lot of things. Genuine cases aside, of course.<\/p>\n
First question is: do they feel like part of the team? Second question is: do they want to be part of the team?<\/p>\n
Ok, it’s just some thoughts. Random thoughts. It’s Christmas anyway. LOL<\/p>\n

This year, someone gave me a book!!! I forgot the title though. I have not started reading it. Heh. Maybe soon, if I am really bored.<\/p>\n
