In order to do remote troubleshooting, you need to have a damn good memory of how certain things look like, how things are connected up, and how things work.<\/p>\n
And then, you will start thinking, where’s the people who can settle these issues, especially when you are in the middle of a drama episode, relaxing at home while preparing to go back to camp later.<\/p>\n
