Anyway, today, we had a ‘shock’. Boss called, asking where to buy tang yuan. We thought that he wanted to buy for his daughter or what, but in the end, it’s he who wanted to treat us to tang yuan!<\/p>\n
Woahh… boss treat leh… rare. LOL.<\/p>\n
So, in the early afternoon, he ate it with the people at YC. I wondered why they wanted to go down all the way to Jalan Besar area, when there’s one in Bedok…<\/p>\n
And then, he came for his ‘second helping’ at around 1.15pm. LOL.<\/p>\n
He already looked like a tang yuan liao leh… heh.<\/p>\n
He told us the rational behind the tang yuan treat… Here’s what he said (summarized by me):<\/p>\n
“When we eat this tang yuan, we must remember that, we have 2 other teams out there, 1 at A, 1 at B. We must remember that we are a team.”<\/em><\/p>\n When he said that, suddenly, the air around us turned a bit colder… then a breeze started to blow… gently…<\/p>\n Wahsey… dramatic leh…<\/p>\n So… if you stand 1 side, and look, it’s like, 4 simple tang yuans, and 1 powerful message.<\/p>\n But then, not that we will ever forget them… LOL.<\/p>\n I wonder if they will forget US… Wahaha!!!<\/p>\n Anyway, there’s a bit of gan-dongz in there. It’s great, to have a bowl of tang yuan in ginger syrup, and you ate it, and the filling’s sweet, and the ginger syrup just warms you up.<\/p>\n It actually felt good.<\/p>\n Simple things are simply powerful.<\/p>\n …………………………………………………………..<\/p>\n And yes, PlayTest video!
