Went for a swim just now. It’s shiok! It’s really nice to swim after work, to clear my mind of certain thoughts… and to be better for tomorrow.<\/p>\n
Now, maybe that’s a bit to exaggerated. Lol…<\/p>\n
After speeding around (another exaggerated point), I just stoned at one side of the pool, thinking. No, not about work. Something else. And then, I held my breath and went underwater to stone for another 30 seconds.<\/p>\n
One side said: Yes, go for it. One side said: No, don’t. Conflicting ideas.<\/p>\n
Maybe I should listen more to the former. It feels… more ok.<\/p>\n

After the swim, I went over to IMM for a bit of shopping at Giant. Bought some cabbage and carrots, and a bottle of coleslaw. Heh. I must get the ‘formula’ right…<\/p>\n

And also, bought 2 cups of Nissin Tom Yam Cup Noodles… to complement the Chilli Crab one I had at home…<\/p>\n

Bought this Pokka plum green tea at 7-eleven. Hmm… tasted more like plum juice. Lol.<\/p>\n
