OK just realised that I have already hit 365 entries last night. 1 year worth of blogging, with some days more than 1…<\/p>\n
Going into history once again, my very first 'blog' was on a ASP server, and I use a Access database! At that time, I was trying out the services at Brinkster.com. It was very expensive, so I moved over to PHP on Apache server. Open source implies cheaper price.<\/p>\n
From the way I wrote my very first blog, it seemed that I did not know much about database entries then. I limited myself to 255 characters per entry! Sometimes, I just type and type, and exceed the length, and it told me that I have exceed, and required me to trim part of it. Haha… after switching over to mySQL, I found out about the field options called 'text' and 'longtext', which can be used to store large paragraphs of words. So fun…<\/p>\n
This is entry # 366. Let's see how long I will take to hit 730 entries…<\/p>\n
