Attended today's little briefing for the Engin Orientation Week. I thought it was a short one, in the end, it wasn't. They were talking about CORS, which I was not aware of, and I left my pin at home, not in my head. I see no point staying there, and moreover, I had a laptop purchase to confirm. Some of the others in my group had to go too, so we all told our GC about it, and he released us… hey thanks…<\/p>\n
So, Emmanuel and I went over to SRC first, followed by Zhonghui, who arrived shortly as he needed some time to get out of his group. We were once again doing some last-minute comparisons here and there, and decided, with the help of the salesperson, on Fujitsu S6220. The 3 of us bought 1 each. Zhonghui and I chose to pay in full, but as there's no more stock, we only paid the deposit.<\/p>\n
And there's this little lucky draw for the purchase of any Fujitsu LifeBook, and I happen to fish out a red ball. I wondered when I will get the little prize…<\/p>\n
I got no choice but to leave early. Imagine. We waited till 4+pm just for Emmanuel to clear his laptop loan. I am his guarantor… zzz. From 12 to 4. SRC. Nothing else to do, but to waste time waiting.<\/p>\n
